2) Gas Gathering Station for Coal Bed Methane Project of M/s. Great Eastern
Energy Corporation Ltd. at Asansol. The Scope include Design of Facilities,
Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning. Works also involve Multidisciplinary
Construction Activities such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation.

3) CNG Facility to M/s. Tata Motors at Uttarankhand Thru M/s. Globe Gas for their

Commissioning of Booster Compressors, Dispensers, Safety System, PRS
Skid, High Pressure Tubing & Fitting , Gas Detection & Alarm Systems etc.

4) Mechanical & Instrumentation Works for CNG Stations for M/s. Aavantika Gas
Ltd, at Indore & Ujjain. It include Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of
S.S. Tube, Fittings, Air Tubing etc.

Mounted Units

We Design & Supply of following products & Skid Mounted Units for our factory.

Pressure Regulating & Metering Skids - For gases & liquids with flow capacities
varying from 250 sm3/ hr to 5000 sm3/ hr. Pressures varying from 250 bars to 0.25 bars.
Material of construction CS & SS. Metering system can be Volumetric using Turbine
Meters / Orifice Meters, Cone Meters or using Mass Flow Meters.

Gas Conditioning and Metering Skid for Coal Bed Methane - Flow capacities
varying from 150 sm3/hr to 1000 sm3 / hr. Pressures varying from vaccum to +50 psig.
Material of Construction CS & SS. Metering System can be Volumetric using Turbine
Meter / Orifice Meters / Cone Meters or using Mass Flow Meters. Gas Drying units to
achieve dew point upto - 40 Deg. C.

Priority Panels - For Reciprocating Compressor Packages / Gas Filling Stations used
in CNG retail outlsets, Gas Filling Plants etc. Generally they are in SS construction with

Case Studies

Design, Engineering, Supply of CMM Steam Skids for M/s. UNIDO at

Sudamdih Mines (At Dhanbad, Zarkhand) Skids are designed to handle CMM
Gas at (-) 3 psig inlet pressure & the same is delivered to inlet of CNG
Compressor at 70 psig pressure.

Gas Recovery to Western Canadian Heavy Oil Producer. Casing Gas had
Compressed from 1 psig to as high as 190 psig to be used productively.
Traditionally this would have invloved two or three stage reciprocating
Compressors. It is observes that extraction of low pressure Gas from Oil well
increases Oil production by 15-18%.

production costs across Middle East. The result showed gain of 220-225 barrels

Meccanica, Italy for natural Gas Refueling Stations as well as Industrial Applications.

The Unit is Hydraulically Driven Double Acting Piston Compressor.

Intel pressures from 0.01 to 250 Bar, flows from 20 to 3000 sm /hr, delivery pressures
till 400 Bar, low costs of maintenance: these are some aspects of our flexible
technology. Booster is water cooled and they are designed for continual 24- hours non-
stop operation.
