1. Unless specified otherwise, prices mentioned above includes packing cost, excise duty, S. tax, Freight, Transit Insurance, Erection & commissioning charges etc.
2. the subject materials shall be guaranteed for 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of supply, whichever is earlier.
3. In case of excisable goods, excise gate pass shall be provided for claiming MODVATE, otherwise excise amount shall be deducted from the payment.
4. The material supplied against the purchase order, shall be subject to final approval at our site & price will remain firm till existance of P.O.
5. The materials should be delivered as per the delivery terms, delivery period & diapatch instruction. The material should be delivered in good acceptable condition
at our site / transporter's godown.
6. Despatch documents must be sent & informed to us in advance.
