I am pleased to announce that, this quarter, Oasis Club and

its partners are offering even more benefits, extra rewards
and special privileges as an affirmation of the airline’s
dedication to constantly promoting and developing its
services to you, our valued members.
The Corporation has recently completed improvements to
the Oasis Club website allowing you the convenience and
flexibility of enhanced online services. Members can now
redeem miles online for preferred destinations and are
also able to purchase miles to help them redeem a chosen
reward without waiting for additional flight activity.
As a celebration of this Golden Jubilee year, we are pleased to remind all members that we
did not process any Tier downgrades in 2010. Additionally, validity of your miles was also
extended and miles did not expire as of December 31st 2010. (Please see your statement for
details.) With that in mind, we urge you to take advantage and enjoy a flight with us soon to
make the most of your extended Tier benefits and to earn points towards the next Tier Status
in the year ahead.

1. Kuwait Airways Operates from Borg El Arab Airport at Alexandria

Kuwait Airways Corporation has started operating flights to the new Borg El Arab Airport
(Arab Tower Airport) in the city of Alexandria- Egypt, in accordance with the instructions of
the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authorities. Kuwait Airways will be operating 12 weekly flights
to Borg El Arab Airport. The Corporation received instructions from Egyptian Civil Aviation
and Egyptian Airports Company to commence operations from Borg El Arab Airport as
the Nuzha Airport was under renovations for improving its facilities. The Egyptian Civil
Aviation Authorities have provided the Corporation with all possible facilities, offices and
equipment at the new airport which in accordance with international standards of safety
and quality.

2. Kuwait Airways Inaugurates Flights to Egyptian City of Sohag

Kuwait Airways Corporation has inaugurated its new station in the Egyptian city of Sohag
and has become the first Arab airline to launch flights from Kuwait to the new airport at
Sohag. This move was prompted to meet the demands of the Egyptian community in Kuwait
by increasing the number of flights to Egypt, in addition to satisfying the requirements
of passengers traveling to Sohag. An inauguration ceremony was held to celebrate the
introduction of the new route, during which KAC Chairman and Managing Director, Mr.
Hamad A. Latif Al-Falah, stated that launching Kuwait Airways flights to Sohag aimed at
strengthening relations and exchange between Kuwait and Egypt.

3. Launching New Electronic Services

KAC, in its quest to develop and enhance its facilities and technical services, has
developed a comprehensive telephone service on 171 in both English
and Arabic, which will replace the existing service that was limited to
handling passenger bookings. The new service includes online booking,
special services for travel agents, additional enhancements for Oasis
Club members and Holidays customers, automated inquiries for cargo
services, flight details, suggestions and complaints, as well as Lost
and Found services.
The Corporation’s website www.kuwaitairways.com is also being
developed by adding new electronic services to Oasis Club and
Holidays sections. The Corporation is committed to continually
upgrade and develop its electronic sites by adding new
services related to bookings, issuance of tickets, passenger
departure, as well as support services and is already
pursuing opportunities to provide access through
mobile devices that will offer simple and
convenient solutions for customers.
