B‐
When the time comes to do the legal docs for Renaissance we will have Tom prepare a mortgage but we must file it.  I
suspect it will be the same procedure as NURFC.
Thanks,
tony

I am coordinating with Tom – however, with your second question, I believe we would be filing a mortgage. I think we
need a lien against the property in  order to take second to another mortgage.

LeeAnne,
Attached is a draft mortgage for the Renaissance.
1) Should I send it to Rocco for review?
2) This mortgage is supposed to be second to our CUA.  Do I have to record our CUA with the county recorder?
Let me know,
Thanks,
Tony

Tony,

I am working with Jason George on the Renaissance Theatre bond issuance. Attached is a draft of the Mortgage relating
to the project. As Jason mentioned in our phone conversation last week, the mortgage would be second to the mortgage
of the Cultural Facilities Commission. Please let us know if you have any questions or comments.

Thanks.
Allison

Jason,
Attached is a sample of another letter and our CUA agreement.   If you could kindly draft a similar letter I would greatly
appreciate.
Thanks,
Tony
