Senior Project Manager, Marketing - Manchester, NH (2003-2010)
Served as senior project manager on the Product Management team within Comcast’s NorthCentral Division Marketing
department; responsible for leading large-scale product management projects requiring resources from most functional
partners within the organization in order to achieve the desired revenue and subscriber goals.
Managed marketing projects from charter to closure. Types of projects included new product launches, product
enhancements and changes, pricing and packaging, and operations.
Created project guides for recurring projects, such as package eliminations and price changes, to outline step-by-step
processes to assist with successful project completion.
Transitioned Houston products, packages, and pricing to create consistency as part of market integration project.
Worked with the Houston and Division marketing teams to create Houston’s brand launch, billing system changes,
customer communications, and employee training, as well as provide regular senior leadership updates.
