Managed the cash flow budgeting and forecast cycle with formal variance analysis per
accounting cycle. Continual efforts to increase the accuracy of data intelligence through
coordination of communications with functional areas of the global organization.
Redesigned the cash flow budget/forecast model to improve accuracy and predictability of
cash flows to 96 percent on $6 billion in free cash.
Established and maintained business necessary banking relationships for division along
with RFP to minimize banking fees. Twenty accounts closed.
Managed seven personnel with cross training through numerous re-structuring periods
