Songs
Katy Perry’s Fireworks

Do you ever feel like a plastic bag

Drifting throught the wind
Wanting to start again

Do you ever feel, feel so paper thin

Like a house of cards
One blow from caving in

Do you ever feel already buried deep

Six feet under scream
But no one seems to hear a thing

Do you know that there's still a chance for you

Cause there's a spark in you

You just gotta ignite the light

And let it shine
Just own the night
Like the Fourth of July

Cause baby you're a firework

Come on show 'em what your worth
Make 'em go "Oh, oh, oh!"
As you shoot across the sky-y-y

Baby you're a firework

Come on let your colors burst
Make 'em go "Oh, oh, oh!"
You're gunna leave 'em fallin' down-own-own

You don't have to feel like a waste of space

You're original, cannot be replaced
If you only knew what the future holds
After a hurricane comes a rainbow

Maybe you're reason why all the doors are closed

So you can open one that leads you to the perfect road

Like a lightning bolt, your heart will blow

And when it's time, you'll know

You just gotta ignite the light

And let it shine
Just own the night
Like the Fourth of July

The Time by Black Eyed Peas

I’ve had the time of my life

And I’ve never felt this way before
And I swear this is true
And I owe it all to you

And I’ve never felt this way before
And I swear this is true
And I owe it all to you-you-you-you...

Light a fire make it hot
I don’t wanna take no pictures
I just wanna take some shots
So come on, let’s go
Let’s lose control
Let’s do it all night
‘Til we can’t do it no mo’

People rockin’ to the sound

Turn it up and watch it pound
We gon’ rock it to the top
Until the roof come burnin’ down
Yeah, it’s hot in here
The temperature

Gettin’ freakier

I got freaky, freaky, baby

I was chillin’ with my ladies

I didn’t come to get bougie

I was born to get wild
That’s my style
If you didn’t know that

‘Cause I’m! Havin’!

Living with a disability
My name is Esther and I’ve been disabled since I was 18. Before that, I had a normal life. I went
out with friends, went to concerts and parties. I did normal things with 15 and 17 years. But
one day, my friends and I went to a disco. Leaving the disco, we decided to go by car with
friends (the driver didn’t drink anything with alcohol). We were arriving to our town when
another car came towards us and crashed in a second. I don’t remember anything after that. I
only remember me in hospital with most of my family and friends and couldn’t move anything
under my hips.

Two weeks later I was outside the hospital and I arrived home. It was difficult for me to move
with a wheelchair. But I had to do it if I wanted to go out. My parents had changed lots of
things in my bedroom, bathroom and others. Every day friends came to see how I was. They
asked me how I was feeling, if I was happy or sad, or simply if I liked going on a wheelchair. Of
course, I have to use a wheelchair the rest of my life, and I can’t change anything now. I am ok
anywhere, but I miss my old life. Everything was easier.

When I had to move around my town I was always with my mum, or my dad, or somebody. I
was afraid for the things that could happen to me. In my first class after the accident I met a girl
who suffered the same as me. Now we are friends and go out together. She and my friends
now are friends too. We go out to all the places we can.

Now I’m playing in a basketball team. We’re girls and boys, and play matches with the other
towns. Not all my mates are only disabled. Some of them don’t have a leg or have another
problem. We are all good friends.

The bad things are that children and people look at me, sometimes badly or with a sad face,
and every time this happen I think, that I would have thought the same when I could walk. So I
don’t mind.

Now I’m 23, so I want to live in my own house. I told this to my parents. At first they were
afraid; they thought I can’t do some things alone. But now they are more and more convinced
and we’re looking for an appropriate house or flat. I’m very excited and nervous. But if I see
that I can’t do my tasks correctly I will look for a person who takes care of me.

I like my current life and I wouldn’t change it for anything! 

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to suggest a business outside Spain. My company is interested in this
project because we know that there are many countries that want wine from Spain.
Cardedeu is a little town and all people know about our products, especially about
wine, and it is not an exclusive one, so we cannot benefit from this business. That is the
reason why we want to export our wine to big countries that are interested in our
products. We were thinking about China. Spain has lots of Chinese tourists, so they like
our gastronomy. We are getting the wine from La Rioja, but we have our own label.
We propose this to The Community Fund because it is the biggest company for
important export businesses. For that reason, we would be grateful if you accepted our
offer because we are completely sure that this occasion will go forward positively. If
you really want to participate in this, please let me know as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully

Esther Lucha
