 HIGHLIGHTS

*God is the God of all. That was why He charged Mary not to
touch him, for He had not yet ascended to His Father. But that
she should go to His brethren and inform them that He had
yet to ascend to His Father and their Father, to His God and
their God.
*When this(three days and three nights) was first published in the
Herald of the New Kingdom, our official organ, the worldly people
became sad and troubled and even doubted the authenticity of our
claims, but I want to tell you that IT IS SO UNTO THE PEOPLE WHO DO
NOT LOVE YOU, THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING YOU SAY TO BE
TRUE. EVEN IF THEY KNOW THAT TO BE THE TRUTH THEY WILL
CONTINUE TO HURT YOUR FEELINGS BY UNDERRATING YOU. This is
true for the blind cannot speak good of anything. In the same vein,
another person’s child cannot rub your back down to the toes.

* YOU ARE WITNESSES TO THE FACT THAT WHEN OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST WAS STILL IN THE FLESH, THERE WAS NO GREAT
ASSIGNMENT PERFORMED BY HIM. HE WAS NOT KNOWN AND
RECOGNIZED. NOTHING WAS KNOWN ABOUT HIM. THIS WAS
HOWEVER AS IT PLEASED THE FATHER, BUT THE MOMENT HE
BECAME BAPTIZED AND HE WAS OPERATING IN THE SPIRIT, HE
BEGAN TO BE SEEN IN ALL PLANES OF MANIFEST AT THE SAME TIME.

I do not intend to speak of
current events but to remind you of

and realized it had been turned into a
mercantile house, He took a cane and
drove those concerned out of the
temple and overturned their tables.
The people were surprised at His
action, and asked Him to justify His
action by showing a sign. He told them
to destroy the temple and He would
rebuild it in only three days. The
people looked at Him and thought He
was a demented fellow. They
wondered how He would rebuild a
temple that took their grandfathers
forty six years to build, in only three
days. But the words of our Lord Jesus
Christ came to pass as a proof to the
world that every bit of word spoken by
God will not fail to fulfill.
When Christ told them to
destroy the temple and He would
rebuild it in three days, they did not
know that He was referring to Himself.
He was thus crucified and on the third
day the Father caused Him to
resurrect. His crucifixion brought an
end to all the doctrines and ways of

worship which the world had known.
The old order gave way to the new
order and doctrine. No person is now
known in the flesh but in Spirit. God
is so consistent in His utterances that
whatever He says will surely come to
pass.
THE GENESIS OF GOOD FRIDAY:
By this time every year, I bring
to you the chronological proof of the
arithmetic in His crucifixion, His
resurrection and the Good Friday. I am
taking the trouble of making this
arithmetical proof of the correct days
and periods of the crucifixion and
resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ
because there is a local adage which
says that, once the cause of an event
is forgotten, there is bound to be
confusion. It is our duty to take
particular note of the exact time of the
crucifixion and resurrection of our
Lord Jesus Christ in order to correct
the doctrines or facts as wrongly
upheld by the churches. The distortion
is what has brought to man untold
hardship and various problems.
The Lord said that He would go
to Jerusalem and there, He would be
tortured and killed. But on the third
day His Father would cause Him to
resurrect. But the churches believe
that our Lord Jesus Christ was
crucified on Friday.
First of all, we are going to take
that day into consideration to see how
correct it is with regard to His
statement. Our Lord Jesus Christ said
that He would resurrect on the third
day. We are going to provide two
versions:- the version as obtainable
here in this kingdom of God, and that
upheld by the churches in the world.
At the end of the day, whoever is
wrong in the calculation should
accept the veritable truth.
Before His departure, He
(Christ) made it clear that it was
expedient that He went away; for if He
did not go away, the Comforter would
not come. He said also that, when He,
the Comforter would come, even the
Spirit of truth, He would lead you to
the accurate knowledge of truth, for
He would not speak of His own volition
but as He heard from 'Me' so would He
declare to you, and He would glorify
Me.
It is one thing for one to obtain a
person's property by force or false
pretenses; but it is another to prove
ownership of it on request. This is in
line with the saying that, the throwing
down of an opponent in a fight does
not necessarily mark the end of the
fight.
The words which I speak to you
are of the Lord and not mine. For
example, if someone promises to do a
particular thing to one who shall
patiently wait for him for five years at
a certain place, would the person who
rushes to the place on the forth year
or goes there on the sixth year benefit
from such a promise? The answer is
obviously no. The only person who is
to benefit from such a promise is the
one who is there on the appointed

time. Any word that proceeds from the

with.
THE REAL SOURCE OF PROBLEMS

resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

fell on Friday. That was why the
council of elders decided that the Lord
should not be crucified on that day for
fear of unrest by His
sympathizers.(Matt 26:5) This further
disproves the contention that our Lord
Jesus Christ was crucified on Friday
as wrongly upheld by the churches.
The fact must be noted of the
statement by Our Lord Jesus Christ
that, "the son of man will remain In
the heart of the earth for three days
and three nights, even as Jonah was
in the belly of a fish for three days and
nights.” Therefore, Friday and
Saturday give two days only and two
nights, leaving a big question mark

about the third day. Remember that
the week terminates on Saturday and
not Sunday. Now, man and God who is
a liar ? (Numbers 23:19). Human beings
could be compared to a naughty child
in the school who when taught to say
letter A would rather say C. By her
action and utterances the world has
presented God as a liar, and has put
Him into disdain.
PROMISED COMFORTER:
Now the Comforter as promised
by Christ is here to lead man to the
accurate knowledge of truth. It is
never too late to mend. It is high time
we conformed to the correct three
days and three nights as proved by our
Lord Jesus Christ.
When the true believers
otherwise called the wise men (four of
them) heard about the birth of a new
born king, they got themselves ready
to go and worship Him with gifts. This
is a proof of the fact that the Word of
God consists in practicing, rather than
merely hearing. That was a
demonstration of faith that is
accompanied with its work. To show
their state of preparation, the wise
men sold all that they had and traced
the star to locate the new born king. It
was written before His advent that
when the Lord would come, His true
believers would sell all that they had in
order to go and worship Him.(Luke 10:21).
For God had promised to come
to the world, and would be presented
with three significant gifts that would
serve as signs of His advent, namely:
Frankincense, Myrrh and Gold. Do not
forget the last fact that every bit of

God will not go unfulfilled.
At the birth of our Lord Jesus
Christ, the four wise men met and
fixed a day and a spot to meet again in

was seriously injured and left in a
state of coma, by the roadside. When
he got closer to the victim, he

decided to give him first aid before
taking him to a hospital (inn). When
the man finally regained
consciousness, he inquired from “the
good Samaritan” why he helped to
resuscitate him. The fourth wise man
told him that the Lord said he should
help him. Then he asked the fourth
Wise man whether he was seeking for
the new-born king and the magi, he
replied in affirmative. He then directed
him to go to Bethlehem of Judea.
By the time “the good
Samaritan” arrived at the place where
they were to set off in search of the
newborn king, the other three had
gone. That was God's design.
In the prophecy about His
coming, it was said that three gifts
would be presented to the new born
king, and if the fourth wise man had
joined them, the prophecy of God
would have been wrong. This explains

why God had enjoined us that nothing
should be added to or subtracted from
His words. The duty of the good
Samaritan was service to humanity.
THE FOURTH WISE MAN REPRESENTS
HUMANITARIAN SERVICE:
A certain woman in Bethlehem
who was with a baby boy was
approached by a soldier who along
with others were searching for new
born baby boys to kill, by the order of
king Herod. The intention was to
eliminate the new born king in the
process of killing every new born male
child. There the fourth wise man
prevented the soldier slaughtering the
baby boy. He told them that he had
been waiting for the soldier there to
present him with a gift. He handed the
gift to the soldier who retreated
leaving the baby boy alive. The soldier
was actually being bribed by the
fourth wise man to spare the life of the
baby. In truth, this is exactly what

same person who led others to the
grave to receive the body of Christ
but were told that He had risen.
Such is the unconditional love
which God wants.
Because Mary submitted herself
to the Word of God, she had no
problem in practicing it. Whoever
hears the Word of God, and puts same
into practice, has no problem. Except
you listen to the Word of God, you
cannot practice it.
When Mary used the sweet
smelling ointment to anoint the Lord’s
feet, Judas and others who were
carnally minded got offended and
regarded such as a financial waste.
But Christ told them to leave her
alone, for she was doing it for His
burial. Mary at all times distinguished
herself among other women. She
never made any wrong choices
because she allowed herself to be
guided by the Word of God. The day

Martha was not in the group. It was
Mary alone who showed much
concern right from the time of
crucifixion to the resurrection of Our

NO SERVICE TO GOD EVER GOES
UNREWARDED
When it was time for king
Hezekiah to die, Isaiah went to him
and informed him that the Lord said he
should get ready to depart the world.
But Hezekiah prayed God to remember
the services he rendered to Him
during his youthful days and spare his
life. God immediately granted his
request and gave him additional
fifteen (15) years. In the same vein
one of the two thieves on the cross
mocked at our Lord Jesus Christ, and
asked Him to save Himself so as to
save them too if He were the son of
God.
But the other thief warned him
to keep his mouth shut, for the Lord
was an innocent person whereas they,
the thieves, were receiving their due
punishment. The same thief turned to
the Lord, and prayed that He should
remember him in His Father’s
kingdom. The Lord promptly promised
the thief saying, This day you shall be
with me in paradise.(Luke 23:43)
Who was that thief? He was the
same person who had saved the life of
the Lord Jesus Christ during the
massacre of the innocent children
when Mary and Joseph were fleeing to
Egypt. King Herod had sent soldiers to
search for Joseph and the baby; and
on their way as they were fleeing,
Herod’s soldiers met a certain man
on the road and asked him whether
he had seen a man, (Joseph) and his
wife (Mary) with a new born baby. The
man lied to the soldiers that nobody of
that description had gone through the
road. That was an opportunity for the
Lord to reciprocate the man’s gesture
while He was on the cross. I am not
encouraging you to go and steal or do

any evil in order to remain with the
Lord in paradise. What I want you to
know is that there is no good thing one
does without being rewarded. This
calls for serving God with all your
heart, soul and body.
It is written: Some men’s sins
are open before hand, going before to
judgement; and some men they follow
after.(1 Timothy 5:24).
The fourth wise man might have
thought that all his good deeds were
in vain, having failed to see the Lord
physically. But today his good works
have been remembered, and recorded
in the scriptures for posterity.
THE HYPOCRITICAL WORLD:
During the advent of our Lord
Jesus Christ, He was not accorded the
right honor He deserved. He was seen
as a law-breaker subject to be publicly
executed. Hence, He was crucified.
Even after His crucifixion, His
followers were persecuted, and finally
executed one after the other. But
today He has become a house-hold
name, and the Savior of the world.
This shows to you that you should not
relent in doing good. Be steadfast in
doing good, for in due season you will
definitely be rewarded.
This is the same position faced
by Brotherhood today. The fold is
branded with all evil names.
The world deride members of the
kingdom, and mock at them. But do
not be disturbed in any way nor be

Many of you become
surprised when we talk about 72
hours dry fasting. You wonder
how this will happen, but I want

to tell you that you will enjoy the
best part of it once you start
observing it. That is why
whatever we do in Brotherhood
does not come from individuals
as a matter of pride, challenge,
and not because of your
academic wisdom but all that we
do here is what we accept to do
having realized that we are
serving our Lord. Remember He
has said that one with a divided
mind cannot serve God. He again
said that one has to put new
wine into new wine skin before it
can be most preserved. The
arrangements we are talking
about have eluded the entire
world. It has confounded the
knowledge of the entire
inhabitants of the world. We
must strive to worship Him in
spirit and in truth.
For this reason, he said
unto His disciples, it is difficult
for those who believe in material
wealth to enter the kingdom of
God. In the same manner, some
of you here go about lamenting,
wondering what has brought you
to Brotherhood of the Cross and
Star, and you forget the
scriptures which say that those
who devote their minds to
material wealth will not have
access to the kingdom of God. It
is not cars, children, money that
brought you into this kingdom?
That is why when you ponder on
these things and the fact that
they are not yet within your
reach, you look morose and cry
all the time. At times you
pretend that these things do not
bother you, but I tell you, of a
truth you are deceiving yourself.
This is so because as long as you
continue to bother yourself, you
are in earnest leaving your whole
consciousness where your
wealth and money is piled up.
Recall what happened between
Peter and his Master, Our Lord
Jesus Christ. Peter asked Him,"
What will happen to us who have
forsaken our parents our
country, our city, our wealth and
every other thing to follow you?"
And Christ looking at them
knew what was in their mind and
then He said to them, this is very
difficult before man, but the
impossibility before man is quite
possible in the sight of God. And
if you will not mortify the flesh
how can the spirit take charge of
where it belongs to? Or why
should you be baptized in the
first place?
The baptism symbolizes the

death of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
He was dead for THREE DAYS
AND THREE NIGHTS and He later
resurrected. This could be
demonstrated by the baptism by
immersion you underwent in the
Name of the Father, and of the
Son and of the Holy Spirit.
When you emerge from the
water, that reflects and
symbolizes the resurrection of
Our Lord Jesus Christ. That is
why when we talk about the
mortification of the flesh and
indeed the 72 hours of dry
fasting, we do not mean anything
but the complete mortification of
the flesh that correlates with the
death and resurrection. But
when people hear of the 72 hours
dry fasting they begin to wonder
how somebody could stay for
three days without food and will
continue to live. Some people
even go about looking sad. Some
will look tattered and wear
mournful looks. Some transform
to the point where you can
confirm that they are lingering
between life and death. But I am
telling you these three days and
three nights dry fasting clearly
depict the death and
resurrection of Our Lord Jesus
Christ.
That is why before every
Pentecostal period, we use the
previous week to mortify the
flesh by observing the 72 hours
of dry fasting. Through this
process, we have by faith
cleansed and sanctified
ourselves through the Blood of
Our Lord Jesus Christ. This
fasting also symbolizes the sign
the people of old wanted to
know. The previous week was
for the mortification of the flesh
while this week is for joy and
jubilation over the death and
glorious resurrection of Our Lord
Jesus Christ. The case of Jonah
who was swallowed by the
whale and therefore lived in the
whale's stomach for three days
and three nights is akin to
mortification of the flesh and
rising from death.
Hence we say three things
now prevail in this kingdom:
Love, Faith, and Hope. The
scripture confirm that Jonah
stayed three days and three
nights in the belly of the fish. Our
Lord Jesus Christ suffered a
similar fate in the bowels of the
earth for three days and three
nights. Were this not so, He then
would not have been the one. A
similar event occurred in the life
of Abraham and Isaac. The voice
of the Lord said unto Abraham,
“Take ye your child and sacrifice
unto me." And to accomplish this

assignment, Abraham set forth
on a journey for three days and
three nights. This indeed was
the same sign. Many of you lack
this wisdom and knowledge
because you cannot research
the Bible properly to know the
truth concerning the injunctions
of God. When Our Lord Jesus
Christ inferred that the temple
be destroyed and that He would
rebuild it in three days, the
people rebuked Him, because it
took them forty six years to build
it. They interpreted the
statement carnally, but He said
this is quite possible in the sight
of God. This was fulfilled by the
death and resurrection of Our
Lord Jesus Christ, during which
time He was caught up in the
glory of His Father. It is in
remembrance of this that we are
jubilating this week. Jonah after
staying three days and three
nights in the fish was released.
Abraham also received the glory
of God when he attempted to
sacrifice his son Isaac. WE
MUST THEREFORE BE
PREPARED TO MORTIFY THE
FLESH FROM NOW
HENCEFORTH AS WE CONTINUE
TO JUBILATE OVER THE DEATH
AND RESURRECTION OF OUR
LORD JESUS CHRIST.
This celebration is
observed three times a year.
Before the celebration starts you
become changed because you
have put new wine into a new
wine skin. From now onwards,
before the celebration starts,
take a look at yourself in the
mirror and see what you look
like, so as to be able to compare
and contrast what you look like
at the end of the Pentecostal
period. You will be so
rejuvenated, you will be like iron
in the inner man, while you will
look like a baby physically (on
the outside). With this new life
from above, you must practice
holiness so as to maintain this
new divine body and status.
The death and resurrection
was not within two days and two
nights as the mortification of the
flesh could not be accepted as
having been two days and two
nights. The worldly people are
wrong in their calculations. They
may tell you that he died on
Friday, and if you continue with
this mathematics through
Sunday, it would be seen that
Christ's interment was for only
two days. But if you start from
Thursday and count the days and
nights according to the Jewish
tradition, you will get the simple
mathematics correct.

not come about as a result of our
own volition, but rather, because
we are rejoicing and jubilating
with the death and resurrection
of Our Lord Jesus Christ. This is
continuous and so shall it
remain. When this was first
published in the Herald of the
New Kingdom, our official organ,
the worldly people became sad
and troubled and even doubted
the authenticity of our claims,
but I want to tell you that IT IS
SO UNTO THE PEOPLE WHO DO
NOT LOVE YOU, THEY WILL NOT
ACCEPT ANYTHING YOU SAY TO
BE TRUE. EVEN IF THEY KNOW
THAT TO BE THE TRUTH THEY
WILL CONTINUE TO HURT YOUR
FEELINGS BY UNDERRATING
YOU. This is true for the blind
cannot speak good of anything.
In the same vein, another
person’s child cannot rub your
back down to the toes.
Our doctrines and practices are
therefore in keeping with the
established precepts of old. We
do not mortify the flesh for
carnal or material wealth, but we
are doing this in commemoration
of the death of and resurrection
of Our Lord Jesus Christ. We do
not observe it because of the
need to get money, children,
cars, or houses. The duration of
your call into this kingdom
notwithstanding, even if you are
a day old child, you must
continue to mortify the flesh.
That is why Christ told His
disciples that except one is born
again, he cannot enter the
kingdom of God. Whoever is in
the flesh cannot be reborn. You
must mortify the flesh so as to
be in spirit.
YOU ARE WITNESSES TO
THE FACT THAT WHEN OUR
LORD JESUS CHRIST WAS STILL
IN THE FLESH, THERE WAS NO
GREAT ASSIGNMENT
PERFORMED BY HIM. HE WAS
NOT KNOWN AND RECOGNIZED.
NOTHING WAS KNOWN ABOUT
HIM. THIS WAS HOWEVER AS IT
PLEASED THE FATHER, BUT THE
MOMENT HE BECAME BAPTIZED
AND HE WAS OPERATING IN THE
SPIRIT, HE BEGAN TO BE SEEN
IN ALL PLANES OF MANIFEST AT
THE SAME TIME. PEOPLE
TESTIFIED TO SEEING HIM
EVERYWHERE. BUT BEFORE HIS
DEATH, HE WAS IN THE FLESH.
IT WAS AFTER HIS DEATH AND
RESURRECTION THAT HE
STARTED TO OPERATE IN THE
SPIRIT.
So from that time up till now,
and till eternity, do not seek Him
in the flesh, because you cannot
see Him in the flesh. He is in the
Spirit.

All the teachings that were
imparted to man, were teachings
of the flesh, because He had
then not died. And that is why
before He died He was ready to
remind his disciples that, "Do not
go unto the Samaritans, beware
of the Samaritans, but go unto
the house of Israel, because they
will accept the correct doctrines
that will be imparted to them."
The worldly people also
maintain that the pouring of the
Holy Spirit ended on the day of
Pentecost, and that right from
then, till now, the Holy Spirit has
ceased to exist.
This will readily inform you that
they are in the flesh and so they
cannot receive the teachings of
the Spirit.
On close observation, you
will agree with me that in times
like this many children of God in
this kingdom are also
encountering problems. This is
because flesh and spirit, positive
and negative are always at each
other's throat. All these have to
do with the fact that they are
always in the flesh. They have no
resistance in the process: hence
some will fall, others will derail
while the business of others will
not prosper. Still others will
grow weary and create room for
more problems. BUT I TELL YOU,
IT IS NOT SO THIS TIME
AROUND, BECAUSE ALL HAVE
RECEIVED THE BLESSING OF
THE HOLY SPIRIT AND THAT IS
WHY YOU HAVE TO BE IN SPIRIT
ALWAYS. WITH THIS GIFT OF
THE HOLY SPIRIT, NO WEAPON
FASHIONED AGAINST YOU WILL
PROSPER BECAUSE YOU ARE
ALL THE CHILDREN OF THE
HOLY SPIRIT.
And in the days of Old what
happened to those who were
disciples of John? It was said
that they fasted often and made
prayers. But of the disciples of
Our Lord Jesus Christ, it was
said unto the scribes and
Pharisees who murmured
against the disciples of Our Lord
Jesus Christ for not fasting," As
long as the master is alive, can
you make the children of the
bridechamber fast, while the
bridegroom is with them? But
the days will come when the
bridegroom shall be taken away
from them, and then shall they
fast in those days." In other
words so long as Christ was
physically with them, they had
no cause to undergo
mortification of the flesh, but
when he shall be taken away
from them, his followers shall
have the opportunity to observe
their fasting. Hence when we

talk about this exercise of
fasting, whether the world likes
it or not the exercise will
continue to hold. The
mortification of the flesh shall
continue to stand as its chief
trait. Unfortunately, churches in
their own mentality are still
operating in the flesh, unaware
that time had overtaken them
despite their good intentions of
worshipping God. I tell you, you
are the temple of God, you are
God's house and everything, and
in times like this you must
mortify the flesh to be cleansed
and pure so as to be in spirit and
attune yourself to Him. After
being so busy with yourself and
having your way, this is the time
of celebration, you must be
adequately prepared to receive
Him and His teachings in spirit.

the world, we are not here to
condemn their doctrines and
practices, because when the
ability is not given to man, man
can do nothing. God has not
given them the ability, so we
cannot truly condemn or criticize
what they do. To them that the
ability is given, they can
perform. Hence He said when
the spirit of truth is given, he
shall come. He will teach and
lead people to the accurate
knowledge of truth. But now the
spirit of truth has come,
imparting the correct teachings
unto man. He has also given the
ability to all and sundry to
practice the teachings. IN
PRACTICING, YOU MUST FIRST
BE BAPTIZED AND PARTAKE
FULLY IN THE 72 HOURS
DRY-FASTING. These are the
prerequisites and then other
signs will follow.
Hence He said unto His
disciples, "Go ye and baptize all
men, in the name of the Father,
and of the Son, and of the Holy
Spirit, teaching them to observe
all things that I have showed
you, for I am with you always
even unto the end of the world."
The working of the flesh is all
death and elementary teachings
are no more in use. That is why
we say Our Lord Jesus Christ
died and resurrected, you all
re-echo, but how can that be

accepted as the truth when you
have not first mortified your
flesh, you have no idea and you
are without your senses?
Many people in prison
custody and other places of
confinement are there because
their flesh is warring against the
Spirit, and when the flesh takes
the upper hand, they end up in
those places of confinement.
Many sick people in the
hospitals are there because at
all times the flesh is at war with
the spirit. The fact is that it is
necessary for you to overcome
the flesh with the spirit. The fact
is for you to overcome the flesh,
you must receive the spirit and
start practicing His teachings,
after which you must be
baptized. As many as are
baptized in the end shall be
discharged and acquitted.
People always resist the
call for baptism. People become
stubborn and they feel that by so
doing they will be asked to
abandon their different
churches. That is not what I am
telling you. I AM NOT ASKING
YOU TO LEAVE YOUR
CHURCHES, BUT I AM TELLING
YOU THAT THE HOLY SPIRIT IS
AT WORK. THIS IS THE TIME OF
THE HOLY SPIRIT. HE HAS
TAKEN OVER THE ENTIRE
WORLD, AND AS MANY AS HAVE
RECEIVED THIS, NOT BY
FORSAKING YOUR DIFFERENT
CHURCHES, BUT BY PUTTING
INTO PRACTICE HIS
TEACHINGS, YOU WILL FROM
NOW LIVE IN SPIRIT AND
CONTINUE TO DO THAT WHICH
IS RIGHT.
HENCE THE TRUTH OF
OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST IS
THAT HE IS NOT KNOWN AGAIN
IN THE FLESH BECAUSE HE IS
IN SPIRIT AND THAT IS WHY
THE MOMENT HE DIED AND
RESURRECTED, THE CARNAL
SELF DIED AND ALL THINGS
MADE ANEW ARE NOW IN USE.
AND HE SAID THAT NOBODY
SHOULD KNOW HIM IN THE
FLESH BUT IN SPIRIT BECAUSE
THE THINGS OF THE FLESH
HAVE ALL DIED AND PASSED
AWAY.
Do not argue the scripture with
anyone anymore, because when
we talk about this glory, it is the
Holy Spirit. THE GLORY OF THIS
KINGDOM IS THE HOLY SPIRIT
AND THE MOMENT YOU HAVE
BAPTIZED YOU WILL SEE HIM
AND YOU WILL BE REVEALED TO
HIM.
IF YOU HAVE NEVER

WHICH WILL NEVER BE

The reason you are found
wanting is because of the flesh.
The spirit is no more active in
you, it is no more stable. You are
advised that having resurrected
with Christ after baptism, and
having been cleansed, you
should forsake sin. Do not
fornicate, do not commit any
other sin after you are cleansed.

flesh is all death and we are no

spirit. That is why there is no

ONE AS THE HOLY SPIRIT IS

WORSHIPPED.
The reason He asked the
mother of the two sons of
Zebedee if they can drink of the
same cup that He drank was that
the cup symbolizes the sins of
the world. And when Christ
asked if they can be baptized of
the same baptism that He was
baptized of, that symbolized his
death and resurrection, and it is
this same way that we all have
to follow. THERE IS NO OTHER
WAY. And so when people go
about researching here and
there, they will come up with
nothing. But this one way that
we are telling entire world to
follow -THIS CUP IS THE SIN,
THIS BAPTISM IS THE DEATH
AND THE RESURRECTION AND
UNTIL ALL HAVE RECEIVED
THESE PARTS THERE IS NO
WAY.

A COSTLY PRICE. FLESH AND
BLOOD WAS SHED FOR YOU SO
WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT
YOU ARE WORKING WITH THE
FATHER, YOU ARE ALSO WITH

TEMPLE HE ABIDES IN YOU AND
YOU ARE ALWAYS WITH HIM
DESPITE YOUR DIFFERENT
CHURCH DOCTRINES.

HOLY SPIRIT HAS NOTHING TO

STICKING TO ANY CHURCH,
SECT, OR WHATEVER, THE
BETTER IT IS FOR YOU, FOR
YOUR BODY ALONE IS HIS
PLACE OF ABODE. THAT IS WHY

ATTENTION OF HIS DISCIPLES,
HAVING SEEN ALL THESE
GIGANTIC BUILDINGS THAT
MEN BUILT, IN PREPARATION

16:21
From that time forth began
Jesus to shew unto his disciples,
how that he must go unto
Jerusalem, and suffer many
things of the elders and chief
priests and scribes, and be
killed, and be raised again the
third day.
Have you heard what the
scriptures say, that receiving
this torture, in spirit and in flesh,
means being redeemed and
being fully established in spirit.
TODAY, PEOPLE ARE
EXPERIENCING UNTOLD
HARDSHIPS AND PUNISHMENT
BECAUSE OF THEIR WRONG
CALCULATIONS. THEY INSIST
AND ATTRIBUTE ONLY TWO
DAYS AND TWO NIGHTS TO
CHRIST'S SUFFERINGS. THEY
HAVE BLUNTLY REFUSED TO
ACCEPT THE FACT THAT HE
DIED AND WAS IN THE CIRCLE
CAVE (THE TOMB), FOR THREE
DAYS AND THREE NIGHTS AND
THAT REPRESENTS THE
BAPTISM, THE DEATH AND THE
RESURRECTION.
THIS IS THE SOUND DOCTRINE
AND THAT IS WHY WHEN THEY
CONTINUE TO CONFUSE
PEOPLE'S MIND THEY ARE
PUNISHED. For the scripture had
warned, "Whosoever gives or
receives and teaches people the
wrong side of it, and he and
other people engage in wrong
practices, he will receive greater
lashes and he will be counted
least in the kingdom. But
whosoever happens to receive
the divine doctrine and has
taught others and they are
following him and putting into
practice the divine doctrine, he
will be counted as being
greatest in kingdom of God."
That is why the people of the
world are least, and as
practioners of the truth and
believers in his doctrine we are
the greatest. Besides we are
teaching the people to mortify
the flesh, to undergo torture of
the flesh and so as to die and
resurrect with Christ.
You cannot hear the word
of God, so long as you are in the
flesh, for the flesh can never
receive the word of God and can
never tune up to be in spirit. BUT

WHEN YOU ARE IN SPIRIT YOU
WILL HEAR THE
WORD OF GOD, YOU WILL
SPEAK THE WORD OF GOD, AND
YOU WILL RECEIVE THE WORD
OF GOD. THE WORD OF GOD IS
MEAT AND FOOD OF THE SPIRIT.
Flesh and blood cannot
enter into the kingdom of God.
Flesh and blood cannot practice
the word of God and can never
hear the word of God. Flesh and
blood has nothing to do with the
word of God, the kingdom of God.
The flesh can only share in the
kingdom of God when it hears
the word of God and practices it
and then it mortifies the flesh.
The mortified flesh then
becomes the spirit.
We have to kill the flesh and
strive to be in spirit because it is
in the spirit that we can receive
the word of God. Immediately
you mortify the flesh, and dwell
in the spirit, you will never
decay, you will not be your old
self and if your old self will want
to compete with the new self,
you will know that there is a
great demarcation. You will
experience hard times and
problems if you attempt to go
back to the flesh, having been
fully established in spirit.
*THE NEW NAME OF THIS
KINGDOM IS THE WORD OF GOD
AND THE NAME YOU CAN GIVE
HER IS THE WORD OF GOD. IN
OUR MIDST THERE IS THE WORD
OF GOD. THE APPAREL WE PUT
ON IS THE WORD OF GOD, OUR
LIVES ARE IN THE WORD OF
GOD. WE HAVE NO OTHER
COMMITMENTS THAN TO
RECEIVE THE WORD OF GOD. AS
WE ARE NOW GATHERED HERE
WE ARE ONLY GATHERING FOR
AN OVER HAULING, TO BE
CHANGED AND TO CAST AWAY
THE OLD BODY AND TO RECEIVE
THE WORD OF GOD WHICH IS
THE NEW BODY.
In 1960, at 26 Mbukpa
crescent, I warned the whole
world not to medicate, not to
bother themselves about any
material wealth. People are still
bothering themselves about
material wealth and they are still
medicating. This is why they
cannot maintain the Spirit and
their problems continue to
multiply more and more. THE
WORD OF GOD IS SPIRIT, AND
THAT IS WHY WHEN YOU
RECEIVE THIS WORD OF GOD,
WHICH IS SPIRIT, YOU WILL
NEVER DECAY, AND YOU DO
NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM.
WHEN YOU ARE IN SPIRIT YOU
WILL NEVER BE BECOME ILL,
YOU WILL NEVER BE THIRSTY,
YOU WILL NEVER LACK, YOU

WILL NEVER SUFFER. BUT
PROBLEMS ARISE WHEN YOU
REJECT THE WORD OF GOD AND
PUT ON THE OLD BODY. THE
MOMENT YOU PUT ON THE NEW
BODY WHICH IS THE WORD OF
GOD, WHICH IS THE SPIRIT, IT
WILL TAKE AWAY ALL YOUR
PROBLEMS.
Have you heard what the
scripture says? "I will go to
Jerusalem, I will be tortured,
tormented, and I will be killed
but after three days I shall be
resurrected?" Why do you follow
after Him? It is because you are
learning after Him. You and him
are one. You have accepted to
practice the same words and so
do not doubt why and when this
thing should consummate,
because everything has been
consummated already, and so
shall it be till eternity. All the
words of God which you receive,
none shall go unfulfilled, and
those which have not been
fulfilled will be fulfilled soon.
We are all gathered in a
time like this to commemorate
the same period, but some
people view it as a parable. To
them what they read in the bible
is a parable. It is not so. The
washing of the feet, the watch
and pray, the last supper, all
commemorate the season and
all that we do are exactly what
was done and what shall
continue to be done.
Recall what he said unto
them," My departure is good for
you, for if I do not depart, the
spirit of truth shall not come but
if I depart the spirit will come.
And then the departure, which
became the death and being in
spirit took place. All these times
you were fasting without the
endowment of the Holy Spirit.
Without His departure, could you
have received the Holy Spirit?
And that is why it is also
recorded in the same portion
that when the one who been
vested with the dirty spirit was
exorcised and it had entered into
the desert, and upon roaming the
desert without finding a resting
place, it upon coming back to
visit where it had dwelt,
discovered it properly groomed,
it will go back and bring with it
seven more dirty and stronger
demonic spirits. They will all
come and make their abode in
the same person. And then the
soul of that person will become
worse than the former state.
This accounts for why you just
have to mortify the flesh and
allow yourself to die and be
resurrected. You are in the flesh
if you are not reborn and so

which ever evil spirit is in you is
not gone. It is waiting for the
change to be effected, and it will
go and bring more powerful and
dirty demons to come and abide
in you. Your state will become
worse, no matter what you want
to do, there will be no changes
because you are not born again.
We have the Father, the
Son and the Holy Spirit which is
at work here in the kingdom. You
have this same spirit endowed
on you and wherever you go, this
same Spirit is working. If you do
not come here to receive this
sound doctrine and be changed,
how will you have the Father, the
Son and the Holy Spirit?
Brethren I would not be tedious
with you, our golden text should
now be read.
Golden Text: John 2:19-20
Jesus answered and said unto
them, Destroy this temple, and in
three days I will raise it up.
The Jews therefore said, Forty
and six years was this temple in
building, and wilt thou raise it up
in three days?
Have you heard what the
scriptures tell you and me that
the people of old hated these
words? They did not understand
these words because all the
words spoken by Our Lord Jesus
Christ were purely spiritual but
the Jews understood Him
carnally.
He had to warn them that
when the spirit of truth shall
come, He shall be the one to
teach and lead all men and them
to the accurate knowledge of the
truth. And that is why when He
talks about demolishing the
temple, to be rebuilt after three
days, He did not refer to the
flashy buildings that you see
around you. These buildings
have been there. He was
referring to Himself that when
the body will be destroyed, it
would take three days for Him to
rise up again to remain in spirit.
That is why the flashy houses
you build and other material
things you acquire mean
nothing. This not what we are
referring to, we are talking about
the spiritual body. That body,
your own body, is that temple
and that is why we continue to
tell you that when you are in
spirit, you will forsake all the
things you are asked not to do.
When you forsake eating of meat
and you refrain from fornication
and adultery and all sinfulness,
you will be completely fortified
and you will receive spiritual
gifts.

And that is why when Adam
and Eve, having seen their fault
began to plead for leniency and
clemency, but he said unto them,
as a consolation, I shall come
back but the sign of my coming
shall be observed in a heap of
Myrrh, Gold and Frankincense.
Also I shall be tortured, I shall be
persecuted. The sword shall be
thrust into my side and all those
things shall mark the sign of my
return, and there and then, will I
come unto you and be with you.
Well those were the signs. That
is why after he had resurrected
and He is
Will be seen lavishly. He
proclaimed that,"I and my Father
are one," and whosoever shall
mortify the flesh and allow
himself to be in spirit will also
stand the chances of saying, "I
and my Father are one." This is
because the entire world put
together is one.
There shall be no
difference in anything, no color
dichotomy, no currency
dichotomy, every person shall be
one. But it beats my
imagination when I tell you that
the entire world shall be one and
you begin to doubt.
Well, you are always
ignorant of this fact or
knowledge as a result of your
stubbornness, and
insubordination. Many
inhabitants of the world have not
received baptism though it is the
criteria. For that which was
nailed upon the cross was not
Jesus per se, but the flesh. And
the moment He was nailed, He
had nothing to do with the flesh,
for He lived and operated in the
spirit.
*** ANY BROTHERHOOD
CHILD WHO ACCEPTS TO BE IN
SPIRIT SHOULD LISTEN TO
THESE SPIRITUAL WARNINGS:
DO NOT TELL LIES, DO NOT EAT
MEAT AND FISH, DO NOT
FORNICATE, YOU HAVE TO GO
ON MINISTRY, PAY YOUR
TITHES, BE IN SPIRIT AND
RECEIVE THE SPIRIT, ALLOW
THE SPIRIT TO LEAD AND GUIDE
YOU. DO NOT DISCRIMINATE
AND DO NOT SOW SEEDS OF
DISCORD, DO NOT CAUSE
TROUBLE, DO NOT FIGHT.
THE MOMENT YOU RECEIVE
THIS YOU ARE IN SPIRIT AND
THAT IS THE END OF IT AND IF
IT IS THE END OF IT, YOU
REALIZE THAT SPIRIT, BEING
THE FATHER, IS WITH YOU, HE
TALKS WITH YOU, HE DIRECTS
AND ADVISES YOU.
Whoever sins becomes a slave to
sin.

The Holy Spirit is dwelling in you
and as you go about stealing that
stealing will show on you. You
will find out that you are not in
the spirit. Whatever sin you
commit will find you out. When
you sin that sin will be manifest
on you. That is why no matter
what you do, when you fall sick,
you will probably remain sick,
that is, you will continue in your
affliction, for there will be no
necromancer, no juju priest or
native or medical doctor who
will provide a solution to your
problem. This is because you are
completely in the flesh and those
sins you have committed are
telling on you.
Right from the time he
resurrected He was in the Spirit.
He had nothing to do with the
flesh. He was not a slave to
the flesh and as many of us who
have resurrected alongside with
Him must imitate Him. Then we
shall be forgiven all our sins. We
should separate ourselves from
all manners of sins and be one
with Him. If you are in the flesh,
you will not see Him, but if you
are in the spirit you will see him
larvishly.
* WHEN YOU SIN, YOU SHOULD
ALWAYS REPENT AND THUS
CONFESS YOUR SINS,
CELEBRATE LOVE FEAST, GO
ON MINISTRY, LAMENT OVER
YOU SINS AND IN THE END HE
WILL DECLARE YOU FREE AND
ALL YOUR PROBLEMS WILL BE
ALLEVIATED.
HE IS THE LEADER, HE IS
THE TEACHER, HE IS THE
DIRECTOR, AND HE IS THE ONE
ADMONISHING THE ENTIRE
WORLD. IT IS NOW INCUMBENT
ON EVERYONE OF US TO
SURRENDER OURSELVES UNTO
HIM. THE ENTIRE WORLD MUST

ENTIRE WORLD MUST
SURRENDER TO HIM BECAUSE
HE ALONE TEACHES, HE ALONE

Abraham did not have this
knowledge, and Moses did not
have his knowledge.

salvation. It is the revelation of

kept us up till now. Many of you
do not know the purpose for
which you are called. You simply
come here to be ordained and
your feet washed. THE
ESSENTIAL THING THAT
SHOULD PREOCCUPY YOUR
MIND IS YOUR PERSONAL
SALVATION WHICH YOU HAVE
IGNORED. IT SHOULD HAVE
BEEN THE PRE-OCCUPATION OF
THE ENTIRE HUMANITY TO

THE BEING WHO PAID THAT
SUPREME AND FINAL
SACRIFICE FOR THE
REDEMPTION OF MANKIND.
MANY PEOPLE BELIEVE THAT

EXPECTING HIM TO
CRASH-LAND FROM THE SKIES.
THAT IS WHY IT IS NECESSARY
TO BRING TO YOUR
REMEMBRANCE THAT IT WAS
ON A WEDNESDAY NIGHT LIKE
THIS THAT OUR LORD JESUS
CHRIST PAID THAT SUPREME
SACRIFICE.

FATEFUL WEDNESDAY NIGHT
THAT HE WASHED THE FEET OF
THE TWELVE DISCIPLES AND
UNITED THEM AS ONE. Here in
B.C.S. we have nothing to do with
time because all things are done
as the Father pleases. His
actions can never be challenged
or questioned. All things done
here have their spiritual essence.
THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE NOT
BEEN OBSERVING WATCH AND
PRAY SESSIONS SHOULD START
RIGHT NOW, IN EARNEST, TO
OBSERVE IT. IT IS IMPERATIVE
TO DO SO IN ABSOLUTE LOVE
AND DEEP APPRECIATION OF
OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST WHO
DIED FOR US. Therefore being
elected as prophet, and your feet
and hands washed is merely a
secondary issue. THE CRUX OF
THE MATTER IS TO SHOW
APPRECIATION TO THE FATHER
FOR OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST
WHO SHED HIS BLOOD TO
PURCHASE AND TO TRANSFORM
HUMANITY. AND YOU SHOULD
AGREE WITH ME THAT IF IT
WERE NOT THE ARREST THAT
NIGHT AND HIS ULTIMATE
DEATH, THE WORD OF GOD
WOULD HAVE BEEN IN VAIN.
BUT IT HAD TO HAPPEN

WRITTEN OF HIM. IT WAS GOD'S
MASTER-PLAN. WE ARE SAVED
BY GRACE, WE SIMPLY INHERIT

KINGDOM THROUGH HIS

THEREFORE, NOBODY SHOULD
TOY WITH THIS TIME OF HIS
RULE AND REIGN.
Your mundane wisdom, riches,
position, or even suggestion are
not needed here.
You are to enjoy this kingdom
gratis. There is nobody who will
not want to be here. But the
reality of it is that it is only
those who are needed that are
called. THE ABILITY TO DO
SOMETHING COMES FROM THE
FATHER AND NOT FROM
ANYBODY ELSE. AND YOU
CANNOT DO ANYTHING BETTER
THAN WHAT HE HAS
PREORDAINED FOR YOU.
Brethren, I do not want to take
you further, let those who have
ears to hear, hear. May God
bless His Holy Words. Amen.

After Our Lord Jesus Christ finished admonishing, and teaching His
disciples, He washed their feet, and ate the last supper with them. He knew
that the hour of His betrayal was at hand and He began to be sorrowful and
heavy at heart. He then started to keep vigil and pray. This lasted for three
hours from Wednesday, midnight to 3. a.m. on Thursday, and He asked His
disciples to watch and pray with Him. (Matt.26:41). Till this day, we observe
Watch and Pray; the Holy Spirit has directed that brethren who for any reason
cannot be physically in attendance in the bethel, may observe Watch and Pray
in their homes by staying awake between the hours of midnight and 3. a.m.
Wednesday night is a very important night in Brotherhood of the Cross and
star, because it was on this night that Our Lord Jesus Christ drank the cup of
woe. All brethren must therefore observe Bible Class and Watch and Pray
wherever they may be.

Sometimes the Choristers start Watch and Pray with the introit,(The Lord is in

His Holy Temple..). The order of Watch and Pray then will be like full service on
Thursday evening, except that John 17 is read instead of Psalm 51.If for any
reason, Bible Class is not held on Wednesday in any Bethel, full service should
be conducted. In this case John 17 is the First Bible Reading. Thereafter, the
Second Lesson and then the Golden Text will be read.
If a service is held as the first part of Wednesday, in stead of a Bible
Class, then during Watch and Pray, John 17 should not be read, but instead
read Matthew 26:1-end. Some people still read John 17, and it is still perfectly
in order.

 FASTING EVERY THURSDAY
FROM 6 A.M. TO
The worldly churches
and the entire world observe
Friday as the day on which Our
Lord Jesus Christ was crucified.
But the Holy Spirit has revealed to
Brotherhood of the Cross and Star
the Christ was crucified Thursday.
Our Lord Jesus Christ condemned
to death at 6 a.m. crucified on the
cross at 9 am and His body was
brought down from the cross and
placed in the tomb at 6 p.m.
Consequently, all true
Brethren commemorate His
Sufferings and Passion on that day
by fasting and praying every
Thursday from 6 a.m. to 6
p.m.---------------------------------------------
ORDER OF FASTING EVERY
THURSDAY
(HOLY THURSDAY) FROM 6 A.M. TO
6 P.M.
1. 6.00 a.m. – 1st Reading:
Matthew 27:1–44. A member reads
while everybody remains kneeling.
After the reading the whole
congregation sings:- “Obong fen
dahado no nyin....” (“Father forgive
us our sins for we know not how
deeply we offendThee”). Then a
member prays.
Song(s) by choir(s); then prayer.
2.Confession of sins, prayers for
the world; spiritual
choruses, testimonies etc. etc.
6 P.M. 3. 9.00 a.m.–2nd Reading: Mark
15:1–32.
The song:- “Obong fen dahado
no nyin...” is sung followed by
prayer by a member. Then song(s)
by Choir(s), and again prayer by a
member.
4. Prayer by twelve brethren for
the whole world; testimonies,
spiritual choruses, confession of
sins,
5. 12 noon – 3rd Reading: John
19:1–37. The song:- “Obong fen
dahado no nyin...” is sung followed
by prayer by a member. Then
song(s) by Choir(s), and again
prayer by a member.
6. Prayer by seven brethren,
Testimonies, spiritual choruses;
visions, dreams etc, etc.
7.3.00 p.m. – 4th Reading: Luke
23:1–49. After the reading the
whole congregation sings:-
“Obong fen dahado no nyin....”
then prayer by a member, song(s)
by choir(s), then prayer by a
member.
8. Testimonies, prophesies,
spiritual choruses, etc.
9. At about 5.45 p.m. — general
confession of sins: two by two;
and then reciting Psalm 51
10. 6.00 p.m. – 5th Reading: Luke
23:50–end. Sing “Obong fen
dahado no nyin....”followed by

choir(s), then prayer by a
member.

should conduct Thursday Night
service in the Bethels ) .
