Project Description
This banking corporation with more than 2500 branches and 4 zones located all over United
States. Unlike normal banking this provides payday loans i.e. Small loans for a short period. They
have two systems in place advantage and e-advantage. Advantage application captures data into flat
files, where as e-advantage application pumps huge amount of data into the production database,
which makes it impossible to maintain it beyond 90 days, which is stored in flat files and a database
(e-advantage). They needed a Data Warehouse so that they could maintain historical data at central
location for integration, analyze business in different locations, according profit areas, which could
server a purpose of a DSS for decision makers.
Responsibilities:
 Performed data manipulations using various Informatica Transformations like Joiner,
Expression, Lookup, Aggregate, Filter, Update Strategy, and Sequence Generator.
 Used SQL overrides in source Qualifier to meet business requirements.
 Created sessions and workflow for designed mappings.
 Used Workflow Manager for Creating Sessions and scheduling them to run at specified time.
 Responsible for monitoring the sessions that are running, scheduled, completed and failed.
 Responsible for Mapping and Test case documentation.
 Writing some Shell scripts to run the Workflows.

Exim Bank was established on August 1995 to provide support to Malaysian exporters and
investors as well as foreign buyers of Malaysian products and services. Exim Bank provides
medium to long term credit to promote the export of Malaysian goods and services with emphasis
on exports to the non-traditional markets. This project describes the high level requirements of the
data warehouse systems. It is meant for the use of executives, senior managers and business
analysts with access to accurate, consolidated information. It is also used for trend identification,

forecasting and competitive analysis and targeted banking research. This data warehouse supports
OLAP applications used to generate banking reports

sResponsibilities:
 Designed the ETL processes using Informatica to load data from file source into the staging
area.

leading distributor of fresh Fruits products of Singapore. This Project involved in creating a Data
Warehouse for Sales Analysis System. Data from ODS was Extracted, Transformed and loaded
into Data Warehouse using Informatica.
This project describes the high level requirements of the data warehouse systems. It is meant for the
use of executives, senior managers and business analysts with access to accurate, consolidated
information.
Responsibilities:
 Did some support related activities like job monitoring.
 Worked on Informatica - Source Analyzer, Warehouse Designer, Mapping Designer &
Mapplet, and Transformation Developer.
 Imported data from various sources transformed and loaded into Data Warehouse Targets
using Informatica.

Project Description
This Project is intended for Blissfield Manufacturing Company creating and enhancing the
enterprise data warehouse. Company is having large amount of data in various sources, by using
ETL capabilities of Informatica the data residing in various sources is loaded in to staging database
Oracle. They require automated reports in various formats and also as per the there requirement data
is modeled in multidimensional way for manipulating data in order to view it from different
prospective and on different levels of detail. Using Cognos does generation of reports and modeled
multi dimensional analysis of data.

Responsibilities:
 Created mappings to load source data into target tables
 Developed number of informatica mappings, mapplets and reusable trasformation to
facilitate one time, daily, monthly and yearly loading of data.
 Used various transformations in informatica.
 Created tasks and workflows in the workflow manager and monitors the sessions in the
workflow monitor.
