To discover and explore new arenas in the much intricate legal fraternity and contribute
to the organization I am working for, by using a wholesome combination of all my skills,
experience and strengths.

Professional Experience:-

VAVASI TELEGENCE PVT. LTD - August 2005 July 2009.

Designation – Legal Officer New Delhi

Company Profile – VAVASI Group is engaged in key infrastructural projects in the field
of Telecommunications (Network Operations in India and abroad)

I have been primarily engaged in telecommunication projects and my job profile includes
the following:
a. Drafting of contracts and agreements – this includes documents like
Confidentiality Agreements, Employment Contracts, Joint Venture
Agreements, and Memorandum of Understanding etc. Have been a part
of the team in preparation of various basic documents like share transfer
agreements, Transfer of Technology Agreements and other key
documentation.
b. Research on relevant laws – includes laws related to Foreign
Investment, visa regulations, and Dispute Settlement Mechanism.
Working on telecommunication laws prevailing in various countries like
India, Mongolia and China.
c. Liaison Work – On behalf of the company I have also been involved in
liaison work for procurement of goods, taking various premises on rent
and allied issues.
d. Coordination – I have also been acting as the SPC (Single Point of
Contact) for my company for various partners, legal advisors and
associates.
e. International exposure - For completion of various initial formalities and
necessary documentation I have travelled along with our team to People’s
Republic of China, Mongolia, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Company Profile – Iron Mountain is a record management company with its parent
company based out of Boston and local operations are dealt with by their Indian
subsidiary.

I have been primarily engaged in telecommunication projects and my job profile includes
drafting and negotiating contracts with clients including various reputed MNCs and
researching on laws pertaining to the record management industry and allied activities.

NGO WORK
Also associated with the “ARK FOUNDATION” since 2005, a NGO operational in New
Delhi and focusing on education and women empowerment. I am currently undertaking
projects for fund raising and establishing the women cell for online counseling.

Academic Qualifications:-
A. Passed CBSE (12th Std.) in 2000 with 68% marks from St. Michael’s Sr.
Sec. School, New Delhi.
B. Passed Secondary School Examination in 1998 with 65% marks from St.
Michael’s Sr. Sec School, New Delhi.

Professional Qualification:-
A. LLB (Hons) (2000-2005 Batch) from Amity Law School, New Friends
Colony, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, with
63.74% marks (first division).
B. Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws from Amity Law School with an
outstanding scoring ( August 2004 to January 2005 Batch)
C. Currently pursuing (Final Semester) Masters in Business Law from Amity
University, Uttar Pradesh.

Field Experiences:-

A. Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment - Associated with

Commission for the People with Disabilities for a period of 8 months and job
profile included the processing of the various complaints filed with the
Commission, giving suggestions for the same, and working as a researcher
for compiling various relevant judgments relating to the rights of the disabled
during the year 2004-2005.

B. During January 2005 – July 2005 worked as researcher for the Institute of
Social Sciences (ISS), in a joint effort between ISS, United Nations
Development Program (UNDP) and Ministry of Panchyati Raj. The research

 worked was related to studying various aspects of Panchyati Raj System in
India and various related aspects.

Achievements in Extra Curricular Activities:-

A. Held 3rd position in the Amity First Internal Moot Court Competition – Moot
Court Society, Amity Law School – 2000 (Internal Moot)
B. Represented my institute in Surana & Surana International Technology
Law, Moot Court Competition, 2003. (Organized by ILS Pune)
C. Joint Second Position at the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court
Competition, 2003 the National Law School, Bangalore.
D. 3rd position in Moot Court Competition held at the University Law School,
Bangalore University, 2004.
E. Second Best Team in the SALAAM INDIA All Delhi Open Moot Court
Competition, 2004 held at the Indian Law Institute.
F. Did a book review on Plato’s Republic organized by the Philosophy
Association, Lady Sriram College for Women, 2002-2003.
G. Paper Presentation on ‘Stress Management in Competitive World”. 2002-
2003 organized by Lady Sriram College for Women.
H. Part of the organization committee for Amity Law School which were
instrumental in conducting various moot courts. Some of the Moot Courts
which I have organized with my team are as follows:

booklets published for Fiat Justicia, a NGO operational in New Delhi.
o Assisted my team in research and compilation for a book
titled “Encyclopedia of Writ Law” under the Capital Law
House Publication.
