Mrs. Poole,

This is an official challenge of voter registration authenticity and eligibility in Precinct 3007. This
Precinct has been ground zero in the Attorney General's Vote Fraud Investigation and every one of the
people has either been called as a witness, has been deposed, or was involved in the case through
direct contact. I believe the following people are not eligible to vote in Precinct 3007 and I officially
challenge their voter registration status.

This information has been gathered from both sworn testimony and published news reports. I do not
only question whether these people live in these homes but whether these homes exist at all. There
could be other problems including them being ineligible to vote because of mental incompetency,
criminal convictions, immigration status and I have been informed that some some may even be
deceased.

Your office has a duty to remove all doubts about the legitimacy of these voters, it is within your
perview to remove the shadow of impropriety from this precinct and therefore under Texas Election
Code Section 16.031 I challenge the voter registration status of the below list of people and insist that
you take the necessary steps to cancel their registration immediately.

Texas Election Code Section 16.031 - Cancellation On Official Notice Of Ineligibility

(a) The registrar shall cancel a voter's registration immediately on receipt of: (1) notice under Section
13.072(b) or 15.021 or a response under Section 15.053.

I am also asking that you investigate each case as these people have gotten away with this before.
Under this Section 16.033 it is within your perview to investigate these matters and make a
determination. I am officially asking you to do so immediately.

Texas Election Code - Section 16.033 allows for Cancellation Following Investigation By Registrar

Section 16.033 (b) States "If the registrar has reason to believe that a voter is no longer eligible for
registration, the registrar shall deliver written notice to the voter indicating that the voter's registration
status is being investigated by the registrar.

I am fully aware that these individuals have rights under Section16.062.and should be be granted a
hearing on this matter. I encourage this. Please see election code below.

Under Section16.062. REQUEST FOR HEARING ON CHALLENGE. A person desiring to challenge

the cancellation of the person's registration must file with the registrar a written, signed request for a
hearing on the challenge.

Each one of the people on this list is suspect. I challenge each one of their voter registration status.

If for ANY reason you choose to disallow ANY of these challenges, Under Section 16.091 and as a
registered voter in Dallas County ID #1082579928. I will immediately ask for a hearing before the
registrar on each case that is rejected. So please identify those cases immediately. Please see
Election Code Section below.

Under Section 16.091. RIGHT TO CHALLENGE REGISTRATION. Except as otherwise provided by

this sub-chapter, a registered voter may challenge the registration of another voter of the same county
at a hearing before the registrar.
