Description (accurate data, figures, picture or diagram, …) :     Lack of electrical continuity due to a "gel" (visual
inspection) on the inner conductor. After once using, we notice some white particles on the inner conductor. We have
solved this electrical problem by cleaning the inner conductor

2. Additional testing for new production batch ; 10% of total batch quantity will be      
tested for impedance.
3. QA Inspection to include inspection under microscope for any contaminations
on the connector pins.
