H Mid-court skills- Drive shot, combination of blocking , returning of smash.
Fore-court skills- Net drop shot, push shot and cross-court drop.
Foot work
To fore-court, to back-court, to the sides, in straight line and in diagonal line and full court
Physical Conditioning
Basic flexibility, speed, power, agility and jumping practice.
