Dale Cahn, LED lights still haven¶t been installed, until they¶re installed we have no idea if
any of the lights are defective. Tom Eddy made a motion to move forward, seconded by Mike Rhodes. Motion passed.
The Case tractor needs repairs but because of budget constraints Dale would like a limit on what he can spend on
repairs. Tom Eddy made a motion to allow up to $500.00, seconded by Bob Carichner. Motion passed. Dale said he has
an application to purchase state surplus property, Tom Eddy moved to send in application, seconded by Cindy Shaner.

$  New bank accounts were opened for Liquid Fuels and Capital Fund at Muncy Bank and Trust.
Also a $100,000.00 line of credit (Tax Anticipation loan) was approved at Muncy Bank and Trust.


V Principal Financial Group ± Approve or Disapprove cost of living increase for Police Pensioners.
Monthly increase - $68.14 Annually - $817.68 Bob Barichner moved to approve, seconded by Cindy Shaner.
Motion passed.
V An oral request has been made for Council to consider a loading zone somewhere on Main Street. No
changes at this time.
V Appointment of Borough Solicitor for 2007, retainer fee of $3,500.00 a year. Cindy Shaner moved, seconded
by Bob Carichner. Motion passed.
V Monthly rental for Water Co. rather than monthly prorating of expenses. No change at this time.
V Xnscheduled holiday ± Who gives authorization? No change at this time.
V Signatures of approval of Tax Levy Ordinance# 4 of 2006. Signatures are now on file. Ordinance
was approved on December 27, 2006.

Council went into closed session. Xpon resuming Cindy Shaner moved that all non-uniform employees except Moyer,
