Executive Summary
This is a business plan for an automatic training car which is a service to those people who are
willing to learn driving. This plan is about the product that what is required by the customers
who think that trainers do not pay attention and do not deliver the whole knowledge about the car
and driving. This service will give them the whole satisfaction by delivering them the knowledge
of driving and the basic technical things about the car through the LCD screen and the audio. It
will guide the driver and also tells the mistakes of him. This product has the potential customers
in the market and the marketing strategy will be made in such a way that they will come to know
about it and gets convinced by it. The operations that it requires are the careful observation of
everything that it should not bother any of the customers while using it. Also it requires adopting
more secure policies to protect the fraud and default cases.

Our mission is to provide our customers with quality services of training the car driving at an
affordable price. We will strive to do our best when transacting business. We pride ourselves in
our professionalism and measure our success not by the services providing, but by the happiness
of our customers.

Business plan
Our business plan is automatic learner car. Most of the people have the problem in learning the
driving and sometimes the trainer of the institutes do not pay attention properly. So this
automatic car will give directions and instructions on LCD screen at every step. This will also
tell the errors done by the driver while driving. The technical things about the car that should be
known by the driver will be written on the screen and hence in any situation of trouble driver will
be able to cope with the situation.

Business Concept and Value Proposition


Our vision of the company is to give value to the customers. This car is very helpful for learner
because sometime trainer do not pay proper attention to the learner. This car is helpful for
learning the driving at every step with the help of LCD screen. Learner feels comfort because
they can drive the car in a very relaxing environment without the interference of others.

We are offering this car because this is a unique idea and there is no such product in the market
and it can easily grow in the market because of its reasonable prices and attractive package. Our
incredible service creates the customers demand and provides them the best of it. That’s a
purpose for being us in the business and mission of our company to give best of all.

Market Analysis
It is customer-oriented product that it is designed according to the customer perspective in order
to facilitate them. It has all those facilities which are the requirements and demands of the
customers. This car is designed for those customers who really want to learn the driving and
basic technicalities of it.

According to the product competition, it is a new product in the market. We are using print
media and electronic media to promote the product. First ten customers get the benefit of 2 days
free learning and from onward now that they will pay the rent.

Our outlets are in four main cities of Pakistan that are (Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, and
Islamabad) and are convenient for the customers to approach them. Our contact number is (111-
456-456). This car is used for rental purpose for the convenience of customers because it is just a
learner car and there is no need to purchase the car.

Different packages which can be offer for the convenience of the customers are:

• Per hour rent

• Daily basis rent

• Weekly rent

• Monthly rent

Operations Strategy
Our operation strategy depends upon the booking of the customers, the customer first tell the
company that I need car for how many days or week and so on. The customer will fill a form for

receiving the car and also attach one copy of N.I.C for the safety measures. They will also pay
the advance amount and the remaining balance will be payable after the return of the car.

Our outlet of Rawalpindi and Islamabad will be under the administration of Fatima Tariq and she
can handle all the activities of that outlets. And the outlet of Lahore and Karachi will be under
the administration of Firzam Aziz and he can manage all the activities of those outlets.

Terms and Conditions of receiving car:

• Before signing the receiving form, read the terms and conditions.

• Car should be return on due date otherwise Rs.1000 fine will be charged per day.

• In case of any damage to the car, the customer will pay the damages.

• In any other case, the guarantor will be liable to the damages.

Financial Projections
The total asset of company is worth about Rs.20, 000, 000

Share of Fatima Tariq is Rs. 10,000,000 and share of Firzam Aziz is Rs. 10,000,000

This business creates handsome cash flows on daily basis which are helpful to run the
functionality of the business.

There are 10 cars available in our each outlet and cost of one car is 500,000.

The maintenance expenses of per car are 2000 Rs. Per month.

The total salaries paid to the employees in each outlet are 40,000 Rs. Per month.

Management and Human Resource Plan


The company hires the employees to run the management function of the organization. These
employees are expert in their field and with the help of their expertise they can create a value of
the organization and increase the worth of market shares.

The company hires following employees that are:

• Finance Manager

• Mechanical Engineer (technical expert)

• Admin Manager

• Workers (two worker)

These employees know the aim of the organization and there key motive is to achieve those
goals. These employees will get incentives if they increase the worth of the organization in the
market. It is their responsibility to make a plan that how they can achieve a goal on time.

The company will hire five employees for each outlet to run the functions of the organization
properly.

Implementation Plan
Our all the infrastructure will be completed in the mid February 2011. All cars will reach to the
outlets at the end of February so we should launch our business on 1st March 2011.

We will start providing our services to the customers in each outlet from 3rd march 2011. We
hope that we will meet our goal on time and our team will provide a better service to the
customers as per their expectations.
