The purpose of the study is to analyse various existing consultancy company and establish
my own consultancy company. To gain knowledge about the processing of the consultancy
companies and services provided by them. Due to cut throat competition demand for highly
skilled and talented employees has been increased. Therefore scope of consultancy company
is very wide.
The main purpose of the study of this company profile is to gain knowledge more about
different consultancies companies and their strategies they follow. Also it enhance my
knowledge in different aspects and skills. The another objective is to do the comparative
study of different companies and analyze their working, organization and services provided
so as to have idea about competition available in the market for these companies.
METHODOLOGY
I studied profiles of 2 different consultancy companies like ABC consultancy services &
Exclusive search recruitment consultant and analysed them. Based on these profiles I made
my own company profile.
DATA USED
I used internet facility provided in our college to study profiles of different consultancies
companies and from that I collected various data like strategies, philosophy, vision, and
process etc. Also various websites which I referred like www.abcconsultant.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Founded PCS PVT. LTD. in 2010 with an aim to make it a one-stop shop for all HR needs
and provide integrated and professional HR services for clients worldwide. He has played a
crucial role in the evolution of the HR Industry in India and has pioneered the concept of HR
outsourcing in India.
A finance professional with over 15 years of experience in finance, audit and executive
search, he handles the integration of financial, administrative and HR activities of the
organization. Mike Liwinski has enabled the evolution of key systems and practices in
accounting and administration and organization policies.
He handles finance and strategic planning at PCS. He has over 17 years of experience in
HR, finance and strategic business planning. Pawan has been instrumental in preparing
focused annual business plans and manages cash flow projection, forecasts and long term
plans, budget planning and quarterly and annual operating results of the company.
Pawan has graduated from the ICWA and holds a Doctrate in Human Resource
Development from the University of Madras, India.
Richard Gair is responsible for building group’s innovative HR software products for
enterprises across the globe.
Having graduated in Computer Science & Engineering from Harcourt Butler
Technological Institute, Kanpur, India, Gair has certificates on Managing Software
Development, and Methods of Software Systems from Carnegie Mellon University,
Pittsburg PA.

Job Mail.
This is an email service in which emails are send to job seekers
informing them of vacancies matching job seeker’s profile. Such
vacancies are selected from live jobs.
RecruitmentAdvertising.
We provide job vacancy posting services and advertising space to its Corporate Customers.
Hot Vacancies – entitles the Corporate Customer to list job vacancies and
display its logo with its listings, and includes an alerting service to job seekers,
by matching the customer's vacancies against the resume database and emailing
to the relevant job seekers a job vacancy notice. Customers also can get multiple
customized email IDs, which enables different departments within an
organization to post jobs specific to such departments and review responses
thereto.
Job Gallery – has all the features of Hot Vacancies but is prominently displayed

I am fortunate enough to get such an activity by my college to do. This company profile has
helped me lot in improving my knowledge about a company.
Also I came to know that what are the various services of a consultancy company .
This profile project will surely help me towards my approach to become a manager , as I
have gone through a deep study of different consultancy companies now I can understand
what are the responsibilities of a manager towards a company and how to organise it.
I can put it to practice when I will have my own company and I will be the CEO then such
type of studying profiles of three different companies will help me to understand the
different strategies and help me to organise my team and recruit people.
CONCLUSION
Coming towards the part of conclusion I would like to conclude that I have learned a lot by
