WORLD TOUCH MINISTRIES

Affecting, Influencing and Changing Our Communities with the Gospel of Jesus Christ

Constitution of
WORLD TOUCH MINISTRIES
(Effective February 22, 2009) USA Edition

Article One-Statement of our Purpose:

Affecting, Influencing and Changing Our
Communities with the Gospel of Jesus Christ

• It is our intent to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to properly equip others to do this in a manner that
reflects truth and the character of Christ.
• To unite and uphold all other ministries that do have similar purpose as long as the character of such minis-
tries operate in the same standard set forth in the Holy Bible.
• To train & equip all willing Christians to become leaders that can in turn fulfill their calling and purpose
as relates to the Great Commission in Matthew 28:18-20. We will help them by providing quality fellow-
ship, prayer and curriculum that meets the standard essentials as laid forth for all believers naming and
practicing a proper relationship with the standards of the Holy Bible.
• To establish Christian gatherings, healing centers, places for recovery, discipleship and places of worship
as the Lord graces new leaders to be raised that meet the World Touch qualifications as set forth in scrip-
ture for oversight of these activities. We intend to have these gathering places both Here in the U.S.A. and
our headquarters in Kitwe Zambia.
• To ordain, license or otherwise commission ministers for the work of the ministry and to credential them
according to their particular need, for their calling in the general work of the ministry of the Gospel and the
general purpose of the church.
• To promote unity through biblical truth within and without the ministry of World Touch Ministry. We will
provide sound doctrine throughout our gathering places that fosters unity and willful submission to the will
of God and the standard of this ministry.
• To accept funds, such as free-will offerings, donations, tithes, endowments or any other biblical and law-
ful use or transference of property, both personal and real, in common usage in the advancing of the work
of the ministry.
• To do any and all things deemed by the Board of Elders to be necessary or proper in the developing or car-
rying out of the general work and purposes of this Ministry.

Article Two-Statement of our Faith

• We believe in the God of the Bible, that He is the one and only true God. We believe that God the Father,
God the Son (Jesus), and God the Holy Spirit are one and that they are all God. We believe that God is the
creator of all things.
• We believe that Jesus Christ is the Head of His Church and that all other governing within His Church is
according to scriptural principles established by Christ and His Holy Apostles and that there is no new or
modern variance to these principles. We believe that all such variances are untrue and that they are to be
confronted and discarded from the true believers at all cost thus keeping His beloved Church in good
standing with Him.

Article Two-Statement of our Faith (cont’d)

• We believe that Jesus Christ Gods only son is the only means in heaven and earth whereby we can be
saved and have eternal life. We believe that all mankind is born into sin through Adam and is therefore in
need of a Savior to reconcile us to God. We believe that Jesus Christ is truly God and truly man, and that
He was born of the Virgin Mary, that He lived a sinless life, that He died on the cross for our sins. We be-
lieve that He rose in His body from the dead, ascended into heaven where He sits at the right hand of God
the Father as our advocate, and that He will literally return to earth to establish His millennial kingdom.
• We believe that there is a hell and that it was created for the devil and his angels and it is Gods righteous
judgment to send any person who rejects the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross to hell.
• We believe in the complete sacrifice that Jesus made on the cross by shedding His own blood and that He
was raised from the dead. That Gods need to judge sin was completely satisfied through the sacrifice Jesus
made.
• We believe the Scriptures both Old and New Testaments are inspired by God and without error and that all
statements in the scripture are infallible.
• We believe that every true believer in Christ will be indwelled with the Holy Spirit. The purpose of the
Holy Spirit is to bear witness to the work of Jesus Christ. We believe that because Jesus Christ is the same
yesterday, today, and forever that as the Scripture has said Jesus still does all the works He did on earth
through His Church by the Holy Spirits work.
• We believe that the true Church is made up of all those who are regenerated and indwelled by the Holy
Spirit and that we that are saved by grace through faith are united together in Christ as one Body
• We believe that the true Church is made up of all those who are regenerated and indwelled by the Holy
Spirit. We are saved by grace through faith and that we are united together in Christ as one Body
