Now-a-day, tension – stress – depression , these three terms are very common for every individual. This is the worst
condition in which a man can neither live nor die. This is a curse for human beings. This problem is taking over the world
in which higher severity than any other physical disease.

Q.2 How many times should I do this Sadhna and for how long?

A.2 ideally, it should be practice regularly once in a day for at least 15-20 min. until your depression has been cured
completely. Later on, if you fine any such problems like tension, fatigue, anxiety, anger etc. any time, you can practice
this Sadhna anytime.

Q.3 At what place should I practise this Sadhna?

A.3 This Sadhna can be performed at any place where you feel comfortable and approachable or less disturbed. Sadhna
should be done while sitting on “Sidhshakti Aasana”. Aasana is compulsory while doing Sadhna. Sadhan can also be
perfomed while sitting on a chair or bed.

Q.4 Who can do this Sadhna?

A.4 Any person who is suffering from depression or tension can practice this Sadhna, irrespective of caste , colour ,
creed , sex and religion. No such kind of boundations exist for doing this Sadhna.

Do's and Don't

- Don't share your Aasana with anyone else.

- Don't speak or talk to anyone while doing Sadhna.

- Don't open your eyes while doing Sadhna.

- Pay your full attention towards Sadhna and do it with full devotion and dedication.

- Use Sidhshakti Aasana. Don't sit on bare floor.

- Do this Sadhna continuously for at least 21 days. Or till your tension-stress-depression gets totally cured.

- Don't do this Sadhna on behalf of anyone else.

- If you find any kind of disturbance around you try to ignore it and continue with your Sadhna. These disturbances are
only hindrances in your aim.

Question-Answers

Q.1 How do we know that we are in tension–stress–depression ?

A.1 If you have anxiety , insomnia , fatigue , weakness , fear , irritation, loneliness , insecure , inferiority , headache ,
body-ache without any reason , then be alert. It means that you are in depression. Besides this, there are many more
symptoms if a person in severe depression i.e. unsocial behaviors ,tensions without any reason , mood disorders ,
negative thoughts like self-destruction , suicidal thoughts, selfish ways or thoughts to harm others etc. a depressed
person feel less confidence and less energy.

Q.2 Are there some special rules and regulations for doing this Sadhna? Or do I need to change my daily routine or
habits for this Sadhna?

A.2 No, there are no special rules and regulations for doing this Sadhna. You also don't need to make any changes in
your daily routine or habits. Only take care of the dos and don't mention above.

Q.3 Since when my problem of depression will have been cured with this Sadhna ?

A.3 You will feel better from the very first day of your Sadhna . If you perform this Sadhna continuously, you will get free

A.4 No, there are no side effects or negative effects of this sadhan. In case, if a depression free person practice this
Sadhna, he also get benefits from this Sadhna like memory improvement , personality development etc.

Q.5 Can I do this Sadhna on behalf of my relatives, friends or loved ones?

A.5 No, you can cure only your depression with your own efforts. If any other person around you is suffering from
depression suggest him to do this Sadhna, it will benefit him not other person. We can understand this with an example.
Suppose if your mother is hungry you can not fulfill her hunger by eating food by yourself. She herself need to eat food.
same in the case of Sadhna , if a person is suffering from depression , that person needs to do this Sadhna , you can not

A14. Till date there is no medicine available to get rid of stress and depression. Only sleeping pills come forward as an
alternative to provide some amount of relief. Meditation is the only means through which stress can be fought and
eliminated. This has been proven as a fact.

From the very early ages, Rishi Munis and sacred leaders have emphasized on the importance of sadhna (meditation)
and the fact that one can attain several universal spiritual powers. These universal spiritual powers control our mind and
soul. However we cannot acquire these powers only through any worldly materialistic things. Its only meditation that

- I am a housewife and I used to have stress and tension daily due to some reason or the other. Even if the
circumstances were insignificantly very small, they used to impact my heart very strongly, and I could not come out of it
for several days. This was making me unhealthy, and I had started having High Blood Pressure. My sleep was also very
disturbed and I could not sleep in the night. I was very disturbed. My anger and irritability were increasing day by day.
