 INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING IN THE ETTC SESSION 2009-2011 ADMISSION FORM-I.

1.Before filling in the Admission Form the candidate should read carefully the information
including instructions.
2. Eligibility for Admission in ETTC from JKBOSE
“ Candidate should have passed 12th class or an equivalent Examination from the
Recognized Board/Examining Body before 25th July 2009 with minimum 45% Marks
for general category Candidates and with minimum 40% Marks for Reserved
Category Candidate”.
3. The candidate shall fill in the Application Form in his/her own handwriting/ legible hand .
4. While writing the Name/Father’s Name /Mother’s Name please leave one box Blank after
completion of one part of the Name.
5. Internet Downloaded qualification certificate will not be accepted.
6. Calculate % age of qualifying Examination properly. Additional subject marks shall not be
counted. Any Misappropriation in calculation of %age may lead to rejection of Form without any
Notice.
7. In Case Grading Group point Associate*10 i.e ( G.P.A * 10) will be treated as equivalent
%age.
8. Ensure that following enclosure be attached with the Admission in Sequence.
I) Duplicate /Xerox copy of fully filled ADMISSION FORM-I
II) Photostat copy of 12th Class Detailed Marks Card(DMC) duly attested .
III) Photostat copy of 10th Class Detailed Marks Card(DMC) duly attested .
IV) Certificate of Equivalence from the concerned Board/Examining Body in case of the
candidate, who have passed any other Examination Equivalent to 12th standard.
V) Photostat copy of Reserved categories (If any) SC/ST/OBC/Differently abled /others
issued by the Competent Authority duly attested .
VI) Affidavit

9. There is no role of any Middle Man / Agent in securing Admission in any ETT Institute. It is
purely Ist come Ist serve/merit basis. Candidate should personally contact the Institution of
his/her own choice well in time.
10. The candidate must verify the status of the Institution regarding recognition by J&K Govt.
and Affiliation with JK Board before seeking Admission in the Institution.
11. The candidate shall deposit only prescribed fees in the Institution under proper receipt from
the authorized official/person of the Institution
12. The candidate must verify the Number of seats available in the Institution before seeking
Admission from the Head of the Institution.
13. The candidate/s shall submit only Photostat attested documents.
14. The admission once sought in particular Institution shall not be changed/cancelled without
the proper permission of Board.
15. Form-I is to be submitted in Duplicate/Xerox copy./Photostat copy of first one.
