Why In today’s financially choking times, it is important to find


ways and means of maximising your business revenues. It is

The Ÿ Keep in the Enrolment Fee as low as possible - just enough


to cover the cost of production. The more cards you can get

Ÿ Stamp the ‘Valid up to’ date (one year from the date of
signing up) on the reverse of the card
Ÿ Note down the Membership of the card being issued on the
Membership Form
Ÿ Hand over the card to the customer
Ÿ Enter the details on your PC/laptop
Ÿ Voila! You have a customer tied-in for One year

Database Once your Members have been signed up, you will have a
ready database of all of them to communicate with. You can
Management send them SMS, or call them or if you so desire, you can even
run an e-mail newsletter campaign on a periodic basis and
keep in touch with all your Privileged customers.

You can do this yourself or if you want professional help in


this, Brandworks can extend their services in this as well. For a
nominal cost, we shall do the data entry and maintain your
database. And as and when required, we can design e-mail
newsletters for you and even send them out to your database.

The charges for these services would be as under:
