Called to Witness
Reaching twenty-two strategic Annual Conferences (see map), this
fledgling program mobilized 501 grassroots volunteers. These volunteers
served as missionaries to their General Conference delegates, building
relationships, telling their personal stories, and urging delegates to vote
for full inclusion at the 2008 General Conference.

COMMUNITIES
“The delegate meeting was an invigorating experience. It felt wonderful to
be part of a well-organized group striving for human dignity in a cause that
will ultimately prevail.” (North Texas)
“The delegates are already strangely affected because they heard individual
stories ahead of time and shared their own stories. What an astounding
day it has been!” (Delaware)
