Requirements for the Application of A Visa to the Philippines

Processing:

 Ten [10] Philippine Working Days not counting Saturday and Sunday

beyond the period of intended stay in the
Philippines
4. Copy of valid UAE Residence visa with English Applicant must be legal resident of the UAE
translation if visa is printed in Arabic
5. One new passport size photo with white Identity verification
background (not more than 6 months old)
6. Letter from employer – indicate applicant’s Verification if applicant’s
position, period of employment with present occupation/employment status
employer, monthly salary and no objection for
applicant’s travel to the Philippines
7. If applicant is a business proprietor or partner, Verification of legality of applicant’s business
submit copy of Trade License with name of the status
applicant as proprietor, partner or investor (in
English)
8. Letter of invitation or reference from Philippine Verification of Contacts in the Philippines
sponsor/contact person or company together with a
copy of the inviting person’s passport or any valid ID
and complete address and telephone number(s) in
the Philippines
9. Bank statement of personal accounts Verification of financial capacity for international
travel
10. Copy of Job Order or Demand Letter and SPA If recruitment is purpose of entry
duly verified by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office
(POLO) in the UAE, Deployment Reports
11. Medical Certificate attested by UAE Ministry of If medical treatment is the purpose of entry
Health and letter of acceptance from Physician or
Medical Institution in the Philippines
12. Copy of attested marriage contract (in English) If applicant is married to Filipino
together with copy of spouse’ passport
13. Notarized affidavit/letter from parents or legal If applicant is a minor, below 21 years old or
guardian guaranteeing that the applicant will have unemployed
full financial support for international travel. This
guarantee must be supported by the parents’ or
guardian’s or sponsor’s financial capacity such as
employment/salary certificate, bank statement or
trade license.
14. Copy of the birth certificate in English together If applicant is a minor, age and identity
with copies of parent’s passports verification

NOTE:

The accomplished visa form must be typewritten and the basic requirements as applicable in the list
above are submitted for evaluation. There may be other requirements needed depending on
the result of the evaluation. Incomplete requirements will not be processed.
