I. Appointments
- Ralf Parcon, appointed Executive Secretary of the SCB Pres, was introduced
- Peter Paras, appointed Ambassador to Buklod Atenista 2011, was
introduced

II. New SAMAHAN Logo

- Colors were infused into the image
- SCB was changed into SAMAHAN

III. APS as Official Photographer of SAMAHAN

- Roark Masbad raised their concern and desire to be the official
photographer of SAMAHAN
- The deal is to inform them ahead of the different SAMAHAN Activities
- The club will handle the shuffling of the members/photographers
- In every event, there will be at least 2 – 3 APS members (one of which must
be a senior member)
- Concern: Mr. Masbad requires a fee as the event photographer

IV. Buklod Atenista

a. Program
- Since the BUKLOD will be SLP-based, Dumago and Aquino is
scheduled to meet with Mr. Ian Parcon, SICO Director for assistance
for the program
- Possible sources for speakers
-Amore (NGO)
-Maria Ilsea Gozon (NGO)
-Fr. McNamara (Academe)
-Atty. Romeo Cabarde (Academe)
-NYC (LGU)
-Councilor Marissa Abella (LGU)
-Riro Lopez (Student)

b. Food
- As of today, the best bargain is at 550 per head

c. Accommodations
- Roadway Inn offered 1,000 per night for three persons

d. Budget/Sponsorship/Finance
-Registration Fee: 5,000
- Total expected collection: 175,000
- Surplus: 45,000
- 50,000 will be requested from the administration
- Figures *rolls eyes*
 - Boost sponsorship to have, if possible, no lags and definciencies at all
- Canon: we will request for a multi-purpose printer and a photo
printer for the photos
-Globe: Avail of the sponsorship offer and grab all the freebies
available

e. Atenews and AIRO Participants

- Atenews, as required, will participate as delegates
- Atenews will shoulder their own fees
- AIRO will be given two (2) slots for delegates
- The expenses of the aforementioned will not be fully shouldered by
SAMAHAN

- The outlet will be placed in the center on a slightly protuberant
outdoor electric socket
f. SAMAHAN Central Board Officers WILL get JACKETS! Yeeeah!
