Main findings:
After creating this assignment we can find out the difference in private organization .We
get factor where private employees are satisfied. The other some factors create satisfied
in both side. We get another factor where private employee are satisfied.
Recommendation & Conclusion:
We would like to start the conclusion part by restating the hypothesis of our study. Our
hypothesis was “Although PBTL brought ‘CityCell’ as the first mobile
telecommunication service in the subcontinent but its customers are not fully satisfied
with the service. If PBTL does not take care of these dissatisfactions and another
company enters the market with similar offers, it will be difficult for PBTL to increase
their market share”. From the analysis of the survey results and Gaps model, it is clear
that CityCell’s subscribers are dissatisfied about different services of the company.
Moreover, the analysis indicates that the subscribers are not loyal to the company. They
clearly pointed that if another company comes with similar offer, they will not hesitate to
switch. So, our hypotheses are proved as a valid one. We Firmly believe that if CityCell
follows my recommendation, it will be able to achieve a sustainable distinctive
competitive advantage and to run smoothly with loyal subscribers & market leadership.
