maintained fro all invoice received from various departments on daily basis , cheque are correctly drawn
and verified before sending the same fro signature .all documents are filed properly and regularly ,
All documents once paid are defaced and immediately filed. Timely posting of all expanses
In Sap . Ensure that the provisions are correctly posted in SAP at the month end.
Ensure that all eligible entries are routed through the Material Management process
only.
Any deviation from the normal policy is brought to the notice of the senior manager,
All company policies are followed in the right sprit. Ensure that all airports related
cost is properly accounted and vouched.
