Summit Secure at Forefront of Portable Interoperable Communications with

VisionComms Partnership

the formation of a new business partnership with Washington, North Carolina-based VisionComms, a

The business partnership will include Summit Secure serving as VisionComms' manufacturer's
representative in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, Louisiana, and Mississippi, as a
distributor of the VisionComms interoperable communications solutions, and as a supplier of satellite
transceivers, antennas, and network services to VisionComms.

remote areas or when conventional communications infrastructure has failed or collapsed. It's completely
compatible with any existing federal, state or regional communication system and supports all
