    caught three good ones early, fishing the grass in 4’-5’ of water.” They were using Carolina rigged Bass Kan-
    di Brush Busters and chatter baits. “There was a long lull when the fish just wouldn’t bite until around 1:30.
    We moved, hitting another spot and caught two more good fish. Our last cull was to exchange a 4# for a 2#.”
