RESUMO
ABSTRACT
This thesis aimed to show the importance of educating all of the 1st The students
learn sign language, aiming at the effective inclusion of deaf children who have
difficulty in communicating often ends up being excluded by other children. From the
moment that both are able to maintain a dialogue even if basic, deaf children end up
with improvements in many everyday situations and relationships and the listener
becomes a bilingual child. The difficulty for bilingual education that happens the
majority of educators who believe that teaching the students POUNDS listeners is a
waste of time and often even with a deaf student in your class does not try to
promote this education, which as we see is very useful for both (educator, educating
deaf and listener). We will show that through time to the present day the deaf
suffered from discrimination, not only the deaf and disabled all but progress has been
made and today the big fight is for inclusion of people with special needs that time,
but has overcome.
