PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE COPYING, INSTALLING, OR
USING THE PRODUCT.
WHEREAS, Astonis LLC is the µProvider¶ of the Product, and
WHEREAS, the individual or entity using this product (µUser¶) desires to obtain the right to use
this product.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein,
Provider and User hereby agree as follows:

Provider hereby grants User the non-perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license
or membership to use the Product as set forth in this Agreement.
3. CONDITIONS
A.? User may use the Product on an unlimited number of computers worldwide.
B.? User may only use the Product in accordance with its intended use as documented by
Provider from the Product web site.
3.2 RESTRICTIONS:
A.? User shall not modify, copy, duplicate, reproduce, license or sub-license of the Product,
or transfer or convey the Product or any right in the Product to anyone else.
B.? User shall not reverse engineer, decompile, nor take any other steps consistent with an
attempt to reveal any confidential, trade secret, or other non-public information
associated with the Product. Further, User may not assist any other party attempting to
reverse engineer, decompile, nor take any other steps consistent with an attempt to reveal
any confidential, trade secret, or other non-public information associated with the
Software. Should User become aware of any activity in violation of this term, whether or
not under User¶s control or authorization, User will inform the Provider of such activity
and assist the Provider in terminating such activity and protecting its threatened rights.
C.? User shall not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise charge for the distribution, installation,
copying, or storage of the Product.
D.? User shall not place the Product on the Internet or any other public access network
without the prior written consent of the Provider.
E.? User shall not remove any proprietary notices on the Product.
The Product may contain or be derived from materials of third party licensors. Such third party
licensors are also the intended beneficiaries of this Agreement. Third party software may be
subjected to restrictions in addition to those listed in this Agreement.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Product and all components
work within it shall remain in the original copyright holders. The Product and all Product
components within it are protected by the copyright laws of the United States and international
copyright treaties.
Any company names, logos, mottoes and product names mentioned or shown on the associated
website(s) or in the software Product may be copyrighted, trademarked or registered trademarked
by their respective owners.
Provider does not assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or
usefulness of any information or software distributed, or represents that its use would not
infringe privately owned rights.
6. TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
Technical support may be provided via e-mail and/or website postings at the Provider website.
While every effort is made to provided timely technical support no guarantees whatsoever are
implied that technical support will be provided or that technical support, when provided, will be
accurate. Software offered on this site is basically unsupported and supplied on an as-is basis.
a.? Provider may terminate this Agreement at any point upon notice to User if user, in
Provider¶s sole discretion, is in breach of any of the terms and conditions
contained herein, and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable period, but
in no event more than ten (10) days, following receipt of such notice.
b.? Provider may terminate this Agreement at any point upon notice to User if
Provider ceases to offer Free-evaluation licenses, or changes the terms and
conditions under which such licenses are offered, and User is unwilling to accept
the revised terms and conditions.
Upon termination of this Agreement, User shall destroy all copies of the Software, or any portion
of the Software, remaining in User¶s possession or under User¶s control, including all
distribution media containing distributable copies of all or any portion of the software.
10. AGREEMENT:
By installing, copying, or using the Product, the User is confirming of the acceptance of this
license agreement and agreeing to become bound the terms of the agreement. This Free-
evaluation Software License Agreement applies to all software products available for download
from the Provider website, unless otherwise specified.
