Handle the Internal and External Audit team.

Total hold over all kind of LOCAL, INTERSTATE such as POSTING, RECONSILIATION,
ADJUSTMENT and PAYMENT

Bank Reconciliation statement

Handle the vendors and their time to time payment.

Approving and controlling all company Accounts expenses to make sure that it is♣
used in the optimum use and to make sure it is used to develop the employee
training needs and benefits

Monitor regular office expenses i.e. travel, maintenance, petty cash etc..,♣ review
monthly/yearly reports and ensure compliance with budget

Coordinate activities and exchange information with Head office

Handle marketing campaigns' requirements in terms of procurement, purchases♣


and payments approvals

H.R. ACTIVITIES:-

Start up of the company and establishing all HR systems

Responsible for all company functions and management
