Introduction
Before I go into the 66 weight loss experiments, I wanted to tell you
why I wrote this report.

I see so many people out there struggling with their weight loss and
diets. I admire these people for the hard work but they need some
extra help to deal with some of the problems that arise. These tips
hopefully will help you overcome a lot of the problems you might be
facing with your weight loss.

This will give you a tip or two that you can apply successfully to
lose the weight you wanted, attain the sexy body you can be proud
of, develop the self-confidence and self-esteem to accomplish the
many things you wanted to do in life.

Most importantly, I hope some of these tips can empower you to


transform you into the powerful individual you always wanted and
living the life you always deserved.

A lot of these tips are the result of my personal experiences and I


strongly encourage you to test and experiment them with them.

TIP 1 - ONLY EAT WHEN YOU'RE PHYSICALLY
HUNGRY
Many people eat when they think they are hungry, but the truth is
they are bored. If you are not sure that you are hungry, then wait
and see what happens. Drink some water and find something else
to do for ten minutes, and if you are still hungry then it is time to
have something to eat.

TIP 2 - WHAT'S EATING YOU?


If you are not eating when you are physically hungry, then you need
to decide what it is that is causing you to eat. Take a look at w hat
you are eating, and ask yourself who feelings are you trying to bury
in that pile of food. Are you lonely; bored, or is it something far
deeper that is causing you to bury yourself in food? If you are bored
or lonely can you phone a friend or write them a letter, it might
make all the difference.

TIP 3 - THINK ABOUT WHERE THE FOOD WILL SIT


ITSELF
If you are like a lot of people who eat then they are not physically
hungry, then try and imagine where the food will end up. How much
bigger your stomach, hips or wherever you least want it to be.

TIP 4 - EAT MORE SLOWLY AND THEN SLOWER


STILL
Many people eat at fast food places because they want food
instantly. Learn to eat slower. It takes 20 mins for messages from
your stomach to reach your brain, saying you have eaten. The
faster you eat, the sooner your brain will tell you it is time for more
food. If your food gets cold then heat it in the microwave.

TIP 5 - LEARN TO LOVE FOOD


People often eat foods that they love; they have to learn to love fast
food, chocolate and many other foods. But there are lots of foods
that you can also learn to love. Be discerning imagine yourself as a
gourmet chef tasting food and learning what you really love.

TIP 6 - NEVER EAT STANDING UP


If you follow this rule and no other, you could probably lose half a
pound a week until you reach your goal weight - and you'd stay

there. If you eat when standing up, you will always eat more. More
food = more calories.

TIP 7 -THE BIN IS NOT A SIN; IT’S YOUR WAIST THAT


IS A WASTE
You should try and cook just enough food rather than more than
you can eat. Use a smaller plate if you have trouble serving a
smaller portion. The shortage of food in the world will not change at
all because you threw a dinner away.

TIP 8 - NEVER LET YOUR FOOD BECOME BORING


When you go shopping for food, try and experiment with a different
food each week. If you are not sure how to prepare of cook that
food, then check it out online. There are so many exotic fruits and
vegetables available waiting for you to try out. There are also lots of
products that you have never tried either, now is a good time to do
that.

TIP 9 - NEVER PICK AT THE LEFTOVERS


Once the meal is finished, quit dipping into any food leftover.
Remember your children will be watching you, and following your
example. Imagine you have just done the dirtiest job and your
hands are filthy, do you want them to contaminate your body? If
you can’t resist the leftovers, throw them away.

TIP 10 - NEVER TASTE FOOD WHILE YOU'RE


COOKING
This is one of the hardest tips for me to follow. I love to cook and
had got used to tasting as I cook. It was a lesson in knowing what I
was cooking was good. When I taste, I am only eating more
calories, and logically if I have over seasons something, it is too late
to do anything about it.

TIP 11 - DON'T WAIT FOR A CRISIS. AN IMAGINARY


ONE WILL WORK TOO
One day you will have a crisis especially if you are overweight. It
won’t be too long before you need to go to out for a special
occasion and you have nothing that fits. Or you are confronted by
your doctor with a major health warning. You could wait, but why
not imagine that crisis and how you would feel. Once you have done
then, then it is time to take action to stop it becoming a reality.

TIP 12 - DO YOU DREAM OF BECOMING SLIM AND
FIT?
Carry on dreaming because this is dream can come true. It is
completely in your control whether you become slim and fit. Take
action and it will happen. Sit and do nothing and the dream will
become a nightmare.

TIP 13 - NEVER GO SHOPPING WHEN YOU'RE


HUNGRY
This is one of the old tips, but old tips are often the best. If you are
hungry when shopping then you will buy all the foods that will cause
you to go and binge again. You are more likely to keep to healthy
foods if you are not hungry when you go shopping.

TIP 14 - DRINK WATER AND THEN MORE WATER


Water is excellent for you, and you need to drink more and more
each day. When we were in a hot country we were told by our guide
drink, drink and when you don’t think you can drink anymore, have
another drink. By the time you become thirsty it is too late you are
already dehydrated.

TIP 15 - IMAGINE YOU'RE EATING IN FRONT OF A


MIRROR
What do you think it would look like if you were watching yourself
eating? How would you react when you see yourself stuffing away?
If you can’t imagine then put a mirror in the room where you are
eating and watch yourself.

TIP 16 - WHOSE LIFE IS IT ANYWAY?


It is your life, and you are old enough to make the decision how you
are going to live it. If you want to lose weight then you will be able
to do it. At the moment you are allowing the food to be the boss.
You have more strength than you imagine and can stop the food
from bossing you around anymore.

TIP 17 - THE BUCK STOPS WITH YOU


Whose fault it is that you are overweight? Do you blame your
mother or the media? They might be partially responsible but if you
buy the food, and cook then you are the only one to blame. Nobody
is sitting there demanding that you eat unhealthy food for every
