Departure from Dehradun .... 7am Arrival 8am at Kharsali helipad for Yamunotri Time taken to visit Yamunotri temple and back on pony is 5 hours. Departure from Kharsali 1 PM Arrival at Harsil helipad for Gangotri 1.45 pm Time taken to travel by road from Harsil to Gangotri is 1 hrs. Night halt at Harsil ---- Harsil Retreat/Leisure Camps

Departure from Harsil 7 am Arrival at Kedarnath ji at 8am Departure from Kedarnath ji 10am Arrival Badrinath ji at 11am

Day 2.

Departure Badrinath ji at 3pm -Arrival Dehradun at 4pm BEST SEASON : The best season to avail the yatra on helicopter is May June and September-October. We do not operate during July-August months due to rainy season

Helicopter Package Rate: RS 4,85,000/- This cost is only of helicopter. Cottage Charges at Gangotr/HARSIL if required by the Guests Rs 6,500/- (Including Breakfast) for 02 persons will be charged extra This service is available on Bell 407 Helicopter. This service is available on a chartered basis for a group of 4 passengers The helicopter can carry a maximum of 4 passengers with total weight of 300kgs including baggage Passengers are advised not to carry heavy luggage as luggage cabin in helicopter is very small

Cost Does Not Include:

The Delhi to Dehradun/Haridwar by Air/Railway/Bus or Taxi charges. Table drinks, laundry, porter, pony, tips, camera fee, ropeway charges, entrance charges, travel insurance, Transport and Accommodation. personal expenses of the clients or any other expenses incurred due to bad weather, road closure, landslides etc.and nd anything not specified in cost include Entrance fee/VIP Darshan slip for everywhere (Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri, Yamunotri).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(a) The costs include Aircraft Rental Crew Salaries, Maintenance, and Insurance, Fuel costs, In-flight catering, Route Navigation Charges, Landing and parking Charges. (b) FORCE MAJURE: Operator does not hold itself responsible for non-operation of charter for any unforeseen reason/s such as 1, Bad Weather 2, Poor Visibility 3, Non-Availability of clearances from ATC / Defense Authorities / Civil Administration. (c) Due to any reasons if the flight cannot take off from the Originating station full amount will be refunded. (d) We obtain the destination weather before departure, However, if due to sudden detention of weather en-route / destination, the aircraft cannot land at the destination and has to return to Originating point or divert to some other airport, the actual flying time should be chargeable and balance if any payable / refundable. (e) Operator/service providers it employees, associates are not responsible if any technical snag developed in the aircraft which cannot be rectified within the time limit and effect the operation of flight. (f) Flight will be treated only after receiving 100% advance deposit by cheque / DD/RTGS Bank transfer in favor of SAFE FLY Aviation Services Pvt Ltd, New Delhi. (g) In the event of cancellation of the flight the following amount is payable as cancellation charges * After confirmation 25% of total amount. * 24 hrs before schedule ETD 30% of total amount * 6 hrs. before schedule ETD 60% of total amount Please sign the accepted copy back to us as confirmation.
