1 PURPOSE
This procedures constitutes the ground on which to
base the modalities and actions for communication in
term and matter of HSE, in order to allow the safety
message to be consistent and to be easily received
and applied by all personnel.

The communication system is summarized but not

PROCEDURES
Renco holds and maintains a HSE management
system with the aim of ensuring an overall and
continuous respect of the Health and Safety of its
employee and Environment in which perform the
work. With this HSE system Renco is committed to
respect and accomplish the international standards
regarding HSE.
The procedure which are part of the

Renco requires all its personnel shall be provided
with the information of the procedure, on their issuing
and every modification and update.

sent to all personnel with the information and
electronic file of procedure. In the same way an

Renco détient et maintient un système de gestion HSE
dans le but d’assurer un respect total et continu de la
santé et sécurité de ses employés et de l’environnement
dans lequel le travail est effectué. Avec ce système HSE
Renco s’engage à respecter et à accomplir les normes
internationales en matière d’HSE.
HSE La procédure qui fait partie du système de gestion HSE
est émise par le département HSE avec le soutien des
autres divisions concernées et avec l’approbation finale
du Directeur Général (Directeur de la succursale).
Renco veut que tout le personnel soit au courant des
informations des procédures, des modifications

INFORMATION WITHIN
ORGANIZATION
Renco has implemented a system of delivering all
relevant HSE information within his
organizations.
These HSE informations can address many aspects
of HSE management, among which can be included:
 Notices of Incidents happened in a particular
project or construction site
 Overall Performances in HSE of the compay
 Main problems in the HSE management or
in working process/operation and solutions
found.
 Changes in HSE organizations of Renco
 Any other relevant information that needs to
be known
In order to achieve these objectives suitable solution
have been found as means of communication
5.1 Safety Alerts
Safety Alerts are messages implemented, issued
and shared within the workforce in regards of any
incident/accident/near miss happened during work in
which Renco has been involved.

2.1 Alertes de sécurité
Les alertes de sécurité sont des messages mis en
œuvre, émis et partagés au sein de la main d’œuvre
concernant chaque incident/accident/near survenu lors
des travaux auxquels RENCO est impliqué.

Panel Boards inside the Construction sites, discussed
in the Periodical Meeting or by Electronical means (by
emails, posted in the Intranet, ecc
5.2 Cross project Meetings
These particular meetings are held periodically within
Renco Organisation with the scope to
knowledge in HSE matter in a coordinated way.
HSE information are shared in meeting with
attendants coming from different projects and sites in
order to make the responsible of HSE aware of the
HSE situation and management of another project
and also make them provide and take suggestions,
examples or lessons to and from other experiences.
Cross Project Missing are organized by Renco
periodically on the base of an agree calendar and are
held in the Headquarter, also including electronic
means of communications (like videocalls) to involve

5.3 Periodical Message of

The organization of Renco include the maximum
involvement of Top Management in the HSE
Management and commitment to raise the HSE

Habituellement l’alerte de sécurité apporte une
description de l’évènement avec une explication des
causes et la description des actions correctives à prendre
dans ces cas.
Le but de l’alerte de sécurité est de partager avec le
personnel de l’événement de ce qu’il faut et ne pas faire
afin d’éviter que cela se reproduise.
Cependant les alertes de sécurité peuvent provenir de
Renco mais aussi du client avec qui Renco travaille.
Les alertes de sécurité sont inculquées à la main d’œuvre
par différents moyens, par exemple en les affichant sur des
tableaux dans le site de construction et en en discutant
durant les réunions périodiques ou par des moyens
électroniques (par mail, intranet etc…)
2.2 Cross project Meetings

suggestions, des exemples ou des leçons venanat des
expériences des autres.
Les points manquants du projet sont périodiquement
organisés par Renco sur la base d’un calendrier d’accord
et ont lieu à la maison mère, ceci comprend également des

6 DAILY INVOLVEMENT OF THE
WORKFORCE
The participation of personnel in the HSE information
is a key factor to improve the HSE performance and
to increase the standard of protection during the
operative phases of the work.
Throughout this involvement are inducted
enhancement activities that let the company improving
several processes, in particularly HSE processes. In
the participation process are involved all workers and
in general all HSE interested parties (for example site
sub-contractor companies, visitors, etc..)
6.1 Direct Communication
Direct communication is the main mean of involving
personnel in the sharing of HSE aspects of Job,
therefore Renco Policy encourages all personnel to
share the HSE issue while working, speaking to their
rapresentatives and to their collegues.
All degraded and unsafe situations shall
immediately and directly communicated by the
workers to their direct supervisors and to the HSE
supervisor present on the site in order to be put in
place the due measures to eliminate the risks and
restore the Safety conditions of the work

3 L’IMPLICATION QUOTIDIENNE

facteur clé pour améliorer la performance HSE et à
accroitre le niveau de protection pendant les phases
opérationnelles du travail.
Tout au long de cette implication sont introduites des
activités d’amélioration qui permettent à l’entreprise
d’ameliorer plusieurs processus, particulièrement toutes
les procedures HSE. En général, dans le processus de
participation sont impliqués tous les travailleurs de sable
et toutes les parties HSE (par exemple: les sous-traitants,
visiteurs, etc…).
