As a professor at Chemical Engineering Faculty, part of Oil and Gas University from
Ploiesti, I have had the pleasure of knowing Cheptea Nicolae for the last two years. He
has been a tremendous student and an asset to our school. I would like to take this
opportunity to recommend Cheptea Nicolae for your Erasmus program.

I feel confident that he will continue to succeed with his studies. Nicolae is a dedicated
student and so far his grades have been very good. In class, he has proven to be a take-
charge person who is able to successfully develop ideas, find solutions to problems and
implement them successfully.

Cheptea Nicolae has also assisted us in our extracurricular activities for students. He has
been involved with student organizations and handled activities for helping students to
improve their knowledge on various subjects.

He has successfully demonstrated leadership ability by counseling new and prospective

students. His advice has been a great help to these students, many of whom have taken
time to share their comments with me regarding his pleasant and encouraging attitude.

Cheptea Nicolae has attended my Inorganic Chemistry course for a semester and he has
proven excellent dedication in completing the project work and passing the exam in great
terms. He demonstrated a keen interest in studying inorganic chemistry and all its
particularities.

It is for these reasons that I offer high recommendations for Cheptea Nicolae without
reservation. I believe his knowledge in chemical engineering topics will develop and
improve even further via an Erasmus program.

Cheptea Nicolae is a perseverant and dedicated person. As his catalysis Professor, I have
seen many examples of his talent and have been impressed by his diligence and study
ethic. I understand that Cheptea Nicolae is applying for a scholarship supported by

Nicolae has outstanding organizational skills. He is able to successfully complete

multiple tasks with favorable results despite deadline pressure. As part of a course
activity, he provided with information and ideas his colleagues in completing laboratory
tasks and projects.

I must also make note of Nicoale’s exceptional academic performance.

He has got great grades at all the courses through the time of two years since I know him.
His above-average performance is a direct result of his hard work and strong focus.

I know Cheptea Nicolae since last year when he became a student of my English course.
Since the very beginning Nicolae came to my attention thank to his practical and
theoretical knowledge concerning English and his work during a whole semester.

To the best of my knowledge, Nicolae Cheptea is an intelligent person, hard working and
very motivated. He is able to find quickly the best solution for high complexity problems,
he is involved in a series of programming projects and fields I have noticed that he has
good abilities in domains like Human Resources and Leadership.

Because of all these I have decided to recommend him for the Erasmus Program that he
is trying to attend to. This is a very good opportunity for enlarging his knowledge about
chemical engineering branch using the latest technologies in the field provided by an
European university. My decision was supplementary motivated by the abilities of
Cheptea Nicolae, like: quickly learning, working with very good results both alone and in
a team and efficiently coordinating other person’s work.

In my opinion, Nicolae is a very good student, an intelligent and open person. With all
