Annual Meeting-Election of Officers


Due to a miscommunication the meeting vote has been rescheduled.
The Annual General Meeting, as required by the State of California,
Article 11, Section 2.16, will now be held Sunday, May 15, immediately
following the 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. worship services. In order to be
eligible to vote, you must be 18 years of age and a member of the
church body here at Cordova.

“The Mother of a Perfect Child” High school years-


The sermon from this past Sunday expressed the idea that mothering
is challenging regardless of how good the child may be. The message
examined the life of Mary and how she faced difficulties as a mother College/young adult years-

even though she was the mother of the perfect child, Jesus. If Mary
had parenting troubles, we can expect to experience them as well.
