certified company jointly owned by URSUS ENGINES LIMITED,POLAND
(Second largest Engine Manufacturer in Commercial Diesel Engines). The
IFIL is the leading manufacturer of Engines varying range of 35HP to 65 HP &
directly supplying to LISTER PITER POLAND (UK) for the gensets. They are
also producing a well advanced technology Tractors & PNC Cranes having the
inhouse facilities of Casting, Machine Shop, Engine Assy., Fabrication & Paint
Shop along with conveyrise Tractor Assy. Line & Crane Assy. Line.

o Handling overall plant operations i.e. production, production planning &

control, of special
purpose machines i.e. Cranes Assy. & Fabrication ranging 9 to 18T involving
Proto & manufacturing process of assembly alongwith 89 associates & 4
supervisors.
o Make the production plan for each assembly station & concentration on
their critical shortages. Presenting the main failure, shortages & rejection
reports in the morning meetings
o Handling shift Production and ensuring achievement of production targets
by managing all direct and indirect employees on shop floor.
o Ensuring provision of proper Tools, Bottleneck Machines, Instruments,
Gauges and Jig & Fixture spares by coordinating with suppliers.
o Controlling technical efficiencies to achieve the factory targets related to
Yield, Tool Consumption, Consumables, First time right on quality.
o Leading and motivating the team of subordinates.
o Discussion with the vendors for the various Quality issue & making of
action plan on them.
o Manufacturing of the Jigs & fixtures for the all models including the
arrangements of the proper tooling & as well as process development.
o Improve the welding & cutting processes for MS sheets size varying from
3mm ~ 60mm & as well as the method study for MIG & GMAW & as well as
the layout of the sheds for cutting & Fabrication w.r.t. availability of the
material incoming including their handling & shifting of finish material.
o Carrying out the inspection of the all fabrication items w.r.t. their
dimensions & also carrying out the NDT for major load bearing structure.

Industrial Training

- Six Months Industrial Training in ICML(SONALIKA) Amb, Distt. UNA

Himachal Pradesh.
– Two Months Industrial Training in JCT FILAMENT GROUP at
Hoshiarpur(PUNJAB).
