Defendant, Stephan Orchard, and the United States jointly move to place Mr. Orchard on

This cause is before the Court upon joint motion by the defendant and the government to
adopt an agreement for pretrial diversion as the disposition of defendant’s pending case before this
Court. This Court being fully advised as to the facts and circumstances surrounding this agreement
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Agreement for Pretrial Diversion entered into
between defendant and the government is hereby adopted as the disposition of this case.
Accordingly, defendant is hereby placed on pretrial diversion for a period of 18 months subject to
the terms and conditions as set forth in the Agreement for Pretrial Diversion.
