Unit 6 - Commission
 This project is aimed at adults, due to its complexity when it
comes to creating these antibodies. It aims to be as detailed as
possible, but creative and imaginative while doing so. There are
some mild scenes of violence, which involves an invasion of
bacteria. A much younger audience may find some scenes to be a
little bit frightening for them, as well as hard to understand.

1st Act
Starts of with an external view of an artery, then enters the artery to see blood
cells rushing through it. Bacteria enter the scene and continue to flow with the blood
cells. They are rushing through the artery like some roller coaster ride and eventually
enter a lymph node.

2nd Act
The bacteria lurk about inside the lymph node looking for unsuspecting cells to
damage. They are seen passing many B cells, which ignore them. Only the antigen
matching B cells can catch them. The bacteria continue to swim pass them until they
start to get captured by the matching B cells one by one. The B cells absorb the
bacteria and expose the bacteria's antigen on their membrane surface and wait for
further instruction.

3rd Act
T cells come along and begin activating the B cells by communicating physically
and chemically to them. After the T cell has finished the B cell starts to divide into
memory B cells and Plasma cells. The Plasma cells start releasing their antibodies, which
seek out the bacteria in the lymph node and the rest of the body.
Scene 1
Starts off showing the
external view of an artery.
Then zooms in slowly.

Scene 2
Still zooming into the artery,
showing the blood flow and
following its direction.
Scene 3
Blood cells and bacteria are
seen coming round the corner.

Scene 4

We follow one of the

bacterium as it journeys
through many twists and
turns.
Scene 5
While following the flow of
the bacteria we zoom out of
the artery.

Scene 6
Still going with the flow, we
pan towards the artery’s
end, a lymph node.
Scene 7
Inside the lymph node the
bacteria enter.

Scene 8
The bacteria lurk about
inside the lymph node
above many B cells.
Scene 9
The bacteria begin pushing
the B cells out of their way,
as the B cells ignore them.

Scene 10
We follow one of the
bacterium as it continues
knocking the B cells about.
While in the background a
bacterium is captured by a
B cell.
Scene 11
Our bacterium is joined by
another, and they swim
together side by side.

Scene 12
Our bacterium’s mate gets
captured, but our bacterium
manages to escape capture.
Scene 13
After avoiding capture our
bacterium runs into the
grasp of another B cell.

Scene 14
It is then pulled into the
body of the B cell.
Scene 15
The bacterium is dissolved,
but the antigens on its body
are left floating about. The
B cell pushes these to its
membrane wall, exposing
them on its surface.

Scene 16
With the antigens exposed,
the B cell waits and calls for
a T cell.
Scene 17
From another part of the
lymph node, T cells are seen
coming to aid the B cells.

Scene 18
A T cell is seen coming to
help out our B cell.
Scene 19
Viewed from above, the
B cell and T cell move
closer to one another.

Scene 20
We spin slowly around them,
as the T cell gently wraps its
tentacles around the B cell.
Scene 21
The T cell connects its receptor
to the antigen on the B cell’s
body.

Scene 22

After the T cell has activated

the B cell it leaves.
Scene 23
The B cell begins to clone
itself, creating more B cells
and plasma cells.

Scene 24
We see a plasma cell start to
release it’s receptors, which
are now antibodies.
Scene 25
The released antibodies
start sticking to the
Bacteria, rendering
them harmless.

Scene 26
We follow a swarm of
antibodies as it leaves the
lymph node, which exits
into a vein.
Scene 27
We follow the antibodies
and start zooming out
from the vein.

Scene 28
We continue to zoom
out to view the vein.
