(Creating the Perfect Balance Between Business and Spirit)

  It's hard to wake up every day, wondering what the 
day will provide, and then.... wondering if your up to that day. This is the loneliest 
hour.... Who are you in this moment? What is your purpose right here and now? 
Are you up for the challenges in this moment's expression of choosing what to do, 
or how to do it? Where are we going from here?

Business   has   a   complexity   all   to   it's   own,   and   without   Spirit..   it   is   dead   flesh 
flailing   in   the   winds   of   irresponsibility.   At   best   it   is   idle   wishes,   at   worst   it   is 
irreversible memories of failed attempts. Business today is complex, because rather 
we like  it  or  not, we are  all human beings just trying to make our way in the 
complexity of rules, ethics, laws, and the Divine need to truly express who and 
what we represent in our Business. Like a painting that forms before your eyes, we 
are Picasso's in Progress.

Today I woke up with a not so good feeling, wondering why things move the way 
they do regarding money, Business Relationships, and the Sacred foundation that I 
try to maintain with God. Do we really “make” money, or does the idea of money 
make us? Business Plans are just that... “plans.” They have no real ties to Ethics or 
Spirit. Business Plans are constructs that use formulas and NLP to solidify “The 
Deal.” “The Deal,” is all based on one's cash flow, and Accounts Receivables and 
Accounts Payable. Herein, might be just where the problem lies... our perception of 
what we do or do not appear to have.
  We tend to drown our thoughts on what we have and what we do 
not have in terms of position and possession. Our Position in life, is based on the 
“Status   Quo”   and   what   they   are   thinking,   and   we   have   adopted   in   our   life's 
thought process... what “they” think. Our Possessions on the other hand, are based 
on actual proof that we have done something with our lives, in terms of physical 
goods. Goods and Services is what makes the Economy grow or shrink, but what 
makes our Spirit's grow or shrink?

 Our hearts are quite sensitive to the everyday stress 
of the world, it easy to put them on ice, and just be cold about the whole thing of 
Business. It's also easy to hate Business, because the Prototype doesn't seem to 
change itself, it just gets worse with categorizing people as nothing but Consumers. 
When things get really bad for me emotionally on a Business Day, here is what I 
attempt to  do....  Redefine  My  Position and  Redefine Exactly What  I Have, not 
what I do not have. To do this one needs to understand the depth and width of 
Perceptions. 

  Wikipedia: The word perception comes from the Latin perception, percepio, ,  
meaning "receiving, collecting, action of taking possession, apprehension with the mind or  
senses."[1]
Herein lies a good portion of the problem. We receive daily; information, data, 
ideas, constructs, business plans, news, argument as to why or why not to accept a 
product or related materials on a product, and we then must make a choice on 
rather we want to invest an action (or our time) in what we receive. If we accept 
action, then we are in fact taking possession of the “construct” or an “idea.” We 
are taking “possession,” of a project, through the “acceptance” of an “idea.” You 
bet! If there is an apprehension within the mind or senses, that just might be our 
Spirit telling us “step back, somethings off.”

But in this hustle and bustle of Business, we don't get a chance to step back and 
breathe, let alone rest with something for a moment and access the situation's real 
value (or lack there of). We seem to forget our own value in the Business situation's 
process.   Once   this   is   done,   Business   in   the   traditional   sense   is   Valueless.   You 
becomes a Business with NO redeeming value, and you become out of Balance. You 
become part of a Machine, and the Machine is based solely on a Profit Margin 
with no regards to the Essence of Spirit. If your bushed by Friday, and all you can 
see is the weekend so you can shut down, your Business has no Essence.

  The English word "essence" comes from the Latin essentia, which was coined  
(from the Latin esse, "to be") by ancient Roman scholars in order to translate the Ancient  
Greek phrase to ti ēn einai (literally, "what it is for a thing to be"), coined by Aristotle to  
denote a thing's essence.

What is it that you wish to be and reflect in your Business, to bring out the Light 
that is within you? “The Plan” of most Businesses will not work if you ask yourself 
this   question,   because   this   question   places   you   in   a   “slow   growth   pattern”   for 
growing your Business. And that's a pattern, that most American Businessmen 
and Women cannot handle.

This   is   an   attitude   of   old   actually.   A   pacing   of   growth   so   that   understanding 

develops first (sometimes before profit). The understanding was, understanding 
truly what people wanted, and what would help and serve them. Those days are 
gone obviously, but not with a lot of us.
How to recapture your essence.... 

● Take more time and be still with the projects that come your way. Ya got time 
rather you think so or not. 

● Be honest with yourself first, regarding how you feel about a project, believe 
me once you start that process, that process alone of honesty, will allow you to  
be honest with others as well. You might even be blunt for awhile, but that will 
pass with time. Your just asserting what is, that is now valuable to you and your 
Spirit, polishing your responses will come with time.

● Be Objective: with yourself first. It's kinda of hard if your not applying this  
with yourself first, to then applying it with others next.

● Get Objective: this is the basis of knowing when to say yes, no, or simply walk  
away.

● KNOW YOUR TOLLERATION LEVEL: I cannot stress this enough. If you do  
not know what you can take, on any Businesses level (epically if you own your 
own Business), your personal life will go straight to the dogs. Simply put, no  
one was made to work 24­7, it is neither realistic nor is it beneficial to 
accomplishing truly what you want in life or Spiritually. This is merely a  
distraction placed by the connoisseurs of NLP for Business, to create a “false  
sense / loyalty gage” for them, to judge their workers, and middle Management. 
It's a physiological ploy to pull you into their “work force machine” through 
guilt. If applied, when you become a Business Owner, then congratulations!  
Your doing just what was done to you, ergo the cycle never ends.

● Become a Gift to your Family First. You would be surprised if you include your 
Family Members in your Dreams and Goals how inspiring they can be in  
encouraging you toward achieving those Dreams and Goals. In return give  
them the same encouragement in their Dreams and Goals.

● Break the Programming Cycle, that you have to work 24­7 to achieve  
something in life. That is a work ethic that destroys families, creates separation, 
and creates the illusion that without “work” your nothing. That's a hard one I 
admit, especially On­Line. But it can be done... take time for yourself, family,  
and real life friends and all else will fall into Divine Right Order.
