Justification of method used:

Web source has been taking as a primary source because its an ocean of knowledge
but sometimes web sources deficient in credibility of Writer or website. In order to
fulfill the gap of credibility we are planning to interview people personally and can
have their views recorded so that we can identify the need of our topic and can
proceed in writing our research paper According to real thinking of people and can
make our report to speak something about our topic.

Methods of sharing information among team members:

 Members can share information via emails and a conference portal is designed
online to have discussion and review about topics.
 Meetings at regular interval to monitor project progress.
 Team members are always in contact with each other via mail, sms etc.

Format of report:

Format of our research is designed and all the work is summed up on regular
interval. Our group has managed proper documentation and all members review
every text added to report.

 Our plan is to print our report both electronically and hard copy.
  Group is planning to print the Research report on web so that it can create an
awareness among the people and can be easily accessable for people all around
the world.

Qualification of team:

Our team members are qualified enough to think technically about our topic. Three of
us are computer professionals , so we have a good knowledge of using tools to make
our report presented in a better way. Our efficient team is planning to publish text
on the web, and have started the process of web designing in this regard.

Roles and Schedule :

Our team has decided to work as a directed team. Each member has
been given a week to direct the team and lead as a team leader . In this
way all 3 members can practice their ideas and can implement them .But
the central design of work will be done accordingly:
