About Me:
I am a Romanian Director of Photography, based in Copenhagen.
I shot over 15 shorts, mostly on 35mm and Super16, but also on digital video systems.
My work has been honored with awards or selections by festivals as Berlinale, Locarno,
Rotterdam, Karlovy Vary, Trieste, or Miami.
In 2010 I finished filming my debut feature film, Adalbert's Dream shot in S-VHS on a 20 years
old JVC camera, customized with Zeiss DigiPrimes lenses.
As a passionate cinephile, favoring authors as Yasujiro Ozu, Ingmar Bergman, Lisandro
Alonso, Apichatpong Weerasethakul, Roy Anderson, Dardenne Brothers or Michael Haneke.
My focus is working for film productions and I have good communication skills and inborn
curiosity.
