    TERMS AND CONDITIONS


    * All room rates are in Malaysia Ringgit subject to 10% service charge and 6% the prevailing
    government tax.
    * The above rates are subject to room availability and may change from one day to another while
    the reservation is not confirmed.
    * All reservations must be guaranteed by C redit C ard for the reservation to be confirmed.
    * All reservations must be verified credit card for one night.
    * Guests who have used their own credit card or Visa/MasterC ard credit card for purchase of the
    accommodation must also present their payment card together with their personal identification (ID
    card or passport) during check-in.

    Check in and Check out


    * C heck in time at 02.00 pm.
    * C heck out time at 12.00 hrs.

    EARLY BIRD RATE AND PAYMENT METHOD


    * Booking must be made at least 30 days/60 days in advance
    * Requires full prepayment and no refunds are provided for any amendments and/or cancellations.
    * Your credit card will be debited for the whole stay period at the time of the booking

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    * For stays of 1 to 7 nights
    If the property is not informed 24-hours or more prior to date of arrival, a charge of one (1) room
    nights accommodation will be levied on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
    * For stays of 8 to 14 nights
    If the property is not informed 24-hours or more prior to date of arrival, a charge of two (2) room
    nights accommodation will be levied on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
    * For stays of 15 to 21 nights
    If the property is not informed 24-hours or more prior to date of arrival, a charge of three (3) room
    nights accommodation will be levied on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
    * For stays of 22 nights and more
    If the property is not informed 72-hours or more prior to date of arrival, a charge of five (5) room
    nights accommodation will be levied on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation

    CHILDREN POLICY
    * There is no charge for children below the age of 12 years sharing a room with parent(s) on
    existing bedding.
    * If an extra bed is required, regardless of age, an extra bed charge will be incurred
    * C hildren 12 years and above are charged the full adult breakfast price of MYR 10
    * C hildren between the ages of 5 and 11 years are charged a rate of MYR 5 per child/breakfast
    * C hildren 4 years and below eat breakfast for free
