 You are required to choose a company and answer the following questions in response
the activities of the company you have chosen.
 Please briefly explain at the beginning of your report what are the reasons for choosing
that specific company.

Questions:

1. Determine the goals and objectives of an organisation and evaluate the process by
which the goals are achieved.

2. Analyse the impact of global issues on the organisation and determine the steps taken
by the organisation to overcome them.

3. Evaluate the impact of stakeholders on the organisation.

4. Evaluate the characteristics of strategic planning and management observed by the

organisation.
 Guidance to Students

Format

 The assignment should be in a 2000 words (10% under & over allowed) covering the
outlined learning outcomes from the units.

 The assignment should be typed in 12 sized font, line spaced at 1 ½ or double spacing;

 A cover page should be attached;

 The assignment should be structured with an introduction, main body and conclusion
with reference using Harvard Referencing System;

 The style of the assignment should be one of considering arguments and judgements.
Your coursework should address the level of ‘complexity’ or ‘debate’ relevant to the
subjects;

 Your work should be IN A REPORT FORMAT, highly interesting in readership point of

view taking support of figures, charts, pie diagrams, references and conclusions.
