INSTALLATION
To install the OM1 into the actuator, proceed as follows:
The OM1 option kit consists of the following parts:
- OM1 modulating input/output module
- 3 metal spacers (models 006 and 013 only)
- 4 screws
- 1 flat cable with connectors

¾ Install the four screws, as shown in the pictures below, to mount the OM1 card to the logic card:
OM1 configuration and setup is done using the controls on the card. To access these controls, the actuator cover must be
removed. (Please follow instructions in MAN 652NA or MAN 652NA_SG.)
Important:
Please note that the settings may be performed in any order.
OM1 settings are changed using the following controls, see fig. 19:

The monitor relay contacts can be set to make or break by soldering the pins of connection J1.

1
Default setting: with pins 2 and 3 soldered together, the monitor relay contact operates as follows:
- Contact closed in normal condition with relay energized, relay de-energizes and the contact opens to signal an alarm
condition.
If the application requires the contact to “make” for an alarm condition, de-solder pins 2-3 and solder pins 1-2 of connection
J1.
