 Responsible for full – cycle of recruiting which includes Multi channel


sourcing, screening, validating, scheduling and closing the position by
issuing offer letters to the operations round selects.

vendors (Consultancies ) and the portal support team and providing timely
feedback in terms of sourcing right candidate as per the given skill sets .

 Creating Dashboards for the month and quarter by analysing the demand

Onboarding process – Verifying the documents related to Education and

to validate authenticity of the data shared by the candidate before taking
