"Delivered Duty Unpaid" means that the seller delivers the goods to the buyer to the named placed
of destination in the contract of sale. The goods are not cleared for import or unloaded from any
form of transport at the place of destination. The buyer is responsible for the costs and risks for the
unloading.

"Carriage Paid To" means place at destination includes all destination port charges. Risk and
insurance cost pass to buyer when delivered to carrier or seller who pays transportation and
insurance cost to destination.
This is a global shipping terms which use in international trade. CIF means Cost Insurance and
Freight. That means shipper/Trader has to pay the Cost of shipment up to the ship, Insurance cost of
cargo and Freight cost up to destination port. FOB stands for Free On Board which means
shipper/trader pays only costs up to the ship and Insurance cost, but freight charges is payed by the
Buyer/Consignee.
