comfortableness of the position, with
Giudecca Canal and the lagoon on the
right and the Grand Canal, St.Mark’s basin
and area on the other side.
Furthermore, Dorsoduro district is a not
massive touristic zone but, at the same
time, allows charming views and main
touristic sites proximity as Guggheneim
Museum, Fine Arts Accademy & Gallery,

The aparts of this ancient and magnificent building are large sized and comfortables. Angaran apart is one of the
most agreable, with its 160 sqm size, its large, wooden framed windows that allow bright and airy ambiences and its
stunning terrace (the brown tree that u can see in the first pic is a magnificent Clycin, brown in winter but green and
flowered in spring/summer/autumn) that with its large size (22sqm) and its 6 places table allows an agreable outdoor
living, overall in Venice, where there is no traffic, noise or smog.
Fatures of the apart are simple but functionals, allowing the feeling with centuries of the house and its town but also
giving comfortableness to its guests.
Floors are typical & original XVIII “battutto veneziano” and ceiling is 4,5 meters as Angaran apartment was The Floor
of the palace.
