GDRI caINTI es una iniciativa internacional con la Coordinación Científica del CNRS (Francia)
El evento es organizado en Argentina por el Equipo de Investigación TAG UNLP-CONICET,
nodo fundacional de la Red Científica Latinoamericana Territorios Posibles
Tenemos el agrado de invitarlos al V SIIT a realizarse los días Lunes 23 y Martes 24 de Mayo en la Sala
de Actos del CCT La Plata Centro Científico-Tecnológico La Plata del CONICET Consejo Nacional de
Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas, en Calle 8 n° 1467, entre 62 y 63 de la Ciudad de La Plata.
Poner en marcha oficialmente el GDRI caINTI CNRS 2011-2014 en Argentina : el GDRI Groupe de
Recherche Internationale caINTI coordination action International Network of Territorial Intelligence
promovido por el CNRS Centre Nationale de la Recherche Scientiphique de Francia.
Dar a conocer los objetivos y los seis ejes de investigación del Convenio GDRI caINTI en
elaboración desde 2010 del que participan siete equipos de investigación de Francia, Bélgica,
España, Italia y Argentina.
Poner en común, bajo formato de taller, los proyectos actualmente vigentes que convergen en
cada uno de los seis ejes de investigación propuestos por el GDRI

11:00 hs Presentación del Coordinador Científico del GDRI caINTI (CNRS-UFC) Dr Jean-Jacques
Girardot: Objetivos, 4 ejes y 2 temas transversales del GDRI y otras acciones 2011-
2014.
12:00 hs Presentación de TAG UNLP-CONICET en el GDRI caINTI: Dr Horacio Bozzano, Dra Dora
Celton y Equipo: Producción científica de cada integrante y/o grupo 2011-2014. El lugar
de la Red Científica Latinoamericana Territorios Posibles en el GDRI INTI CNRS

adhesión a Redes IV de otras Universidades integrantes de la Red Científica.

12:00 hs Taller de elaboración de primeros vínculos entre Proyectos y Métodos-herramientas
1) Para asistentes: tendrán derecho a participar en todos los talleres sumándose a los grupos o
equipos de investigación afines a su interés; no realizarán evaluación.
2) Para asistentes con evaluación: se inscribirán con sus investigaciones (proyectos, tesis, programas,
etc) para participar los días Lunes y/o Martes. Requisitos a enviar por mail hasta el 18 de Mayo, 17
horas.
Actividad del Lunes. Se trata de una actividad teórica de aplicación a cada proyecto partícipe. Si se
piensa participar, se debe preparar y enviar una diapositiva de PowerPoint con la siguiente

ecological transition towards the combination of the economic, social, environmental and cultural objectives of sustainable
development.
2 [communication] Knowledge and communication in an alternative culture of development driven by the well being for
all. This axis will coordinate researches on the information and communication processes <info-com>, new culture of
sustainable development and cultural contexts of socio-ecological transition <culture>, Cultural contexts of socio-ecological
transition <temporality> New temporalities of well being, education and training, <éducation>, <learning> Learning and
sustainable development, education for and by sustainable development, and training for improve practices in some key jobs
to change production and consumption modes and behaviours and to assemble the social capital to build alternative
development paths.
3 [governance] Governance reforms and initiatives agenda for the socio-ecological transition. This axis will coordinate
reflection and analysis of practices that promote the democratic and participatory territorial governance of the tensions that
affect sustainable development, and those that create socio-ecological innovation. <agenda>; multilevel governance of
structural reforms <reforms> ; <structures> ; <reforming>, <solutions> , <initiatives> , <coordination> , <cooperation>,
<coopetition> coopetition as market orientation in innovation-driven and knowledge-based society , < participation > , <jobs>
innovative employment and job prospective, humanistic workplace for creativity and personal development of working
people, <integration> , <proposals> proposals from positive experiences of social and ecological innovation, <experiences>

4 [observation] Observation models and systems for the sustainable development of territories. This axis will coordinate
research to understand, compare, and harmonize models and tools for the integrated observation of the territories to help
decision and an transparent information of the communities. It will define sustainable development indicators
<combination>, from theoretical models of combined development objectives to indicators <indicators> sustainable
development indicators for local level., <modeling> territorial information systems accessible to sustainable development
actors, specifications of an international web mapping of sustainable development indicators <web mapping> design and
implementation of a global web mapping.
5 [vulnerability] Vulnerability of territories et populations vulnerable. This crosscutting theme will propose adaptation
strategies to increase the resilience of populations and areas most vulnerable. It will study how regional vulnerabilities are a
lever for the consideration of global issues into local action. It will make proposals for the social protection floor <floor>
universal social protection floor. It will analyse the convergence of adaptation actions as part of a coherent strategy of social
cohesion <cohesion> social-cohesion and the role of citizenship,. It will suggest to Axis 4 [observation] specific indicators to
improve the visibility of the vulnerability of territories and populations
6 [gender] Gender and sustainable development of territories. The aim of this crosscutting theme is to introduce the
analysis from a gender perspective in all areas of the project: analyzing the implications of gender concept in territorial
intelligence ontology, <gender> integrating the gender dimension in the new path of development and the implications of
inequality between men and women the new culture of development; assessing the ability of participatory methods for
reduce this imbalance, and defining indicators of gender equality.
