Late at night. 1.00 a.m. I guess it’s time to bed. I am not sleepy yet,
but I know I must have some rest. Besides, pak Edi wanted us to write
about our dreams. I have to have a dream. Any kind of dream will do.
I think, a nightmare may have more dramatic effects. I can see that
my wife has already doing her dream project since 10 p.m. I think she
is busy catching some visions now. Now, how can I fall asleep? Maybe
I should bring some readings with me. Which one? Fictious or non-
fictious one? Maybe a newspaper or a magazine? No, I think I will just
stick to the book. Maybe a fictious one. Maybe this one. No, I have
read that one. How about that one? I don’t think so. Not a love story.
That is too girly. Well, let’s see the non-fictious section. What about?
Management of change? Leadership? Maybe some essays about
humanity? Hmm, maybe religions? Fine, that may have some
sedative effects on me. Pick, pick, pick! Which one? Islam?
Christian? Jew? Eureka, the Jew! Let’s find out why they are so tricky?
It is settled then. Problem is solved. Let’s go to bed.
Start to read. First page, second page, …, tenth page, … Hey, it’s
already half past one. I must have some sleep. Put the book away.
But, maybe some more pages will not hurt. Besides, the topic is really
interesting. It is about the root of betrayal in Judaism. And it has an
