** Mr. Torres is a Project Manager with more than 21 years total
experience.
** He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of
Tennessee.
** He is a recognized expert in Construction Management and
Construction Development, including contracting methods, contract
documents, scheduling, purchasing procedures, cost accounting,
engineering supervision, and design and document development.

Mr. Torres five years experience with CH2M HILL has included management
of complex project in solid dosage, parenterals, biologics, and facilities, he a
lso offer technical expertise and experience in project delivery, including full

integrated engineering, procurement, construction, and validation. Other area
of expertise includes concurrent commissioning and qualification
implementation and effective use of modular design. Here is some of the

PROCTER AND GAMBLE - CAYEY, PUERTO RICO
Mr. Torres served as Senior Construction Consultant responsible for major capita
l project contracting, procurement, and contract related risk management activit
ies. Contracting activities include prime contracting, subcontracting, purchasin
g/procurement of major equipment and negotiation. Risk management activities inc
luded serving as the coordinator of claims and litigations, project risk managem
ent assessment and planning. Develop prime contract flow downs to be use for sub
contracting under the prime contract. He led negotiating of contract terms and p
ricing issues.

BMS DECONTAMINATION AND DEMOLITION PROJECT
As responsible Project Manager demonstrated exemplary capability in health and s
afety excellence, knowledge of demolition sequencing, cost estimating,
demolition material salvaging and recycling and seasoned project management skil
ls focused on attaining the project objectives by highly effective management of
the scope, schedule, and budget. The project consisted of decontamination and d
emolishing of the selected buildings, tanks, equipment and pipelines at BMS in a
safe, cost-effective and environmentally safe manner, while minimizing BMS
current or future risk.
LONZA BIOLOGICS - PORRINO, SPAIN BP2 MANUFACTURING FACILITY EXPANSION
PROJECT
Lonza, a Swiss company, is one of the world's largest contract manufacturers
serving the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. It is one of the global
leaders in the production of active ingredients for the biotechnological market.
As the Construction Manager responsible for a 15 million Euros fast track expan
sion to an existing facility, the scope included engineering, pre-construction,
procurement, construction management, and commissioning. Construction took place
during commercial operation with no impact to ongoing operations.
